I sent it 3 weeks after biometrics was done since we hadn't gotten a response.

My dependent went for biometrics on October 25, but when we track the application, it's still showing "Application received by DMC". it's been up to a month now.

Sent paid email two days ago, and the rep said they can't find the reference number. I sent them the GWF number.

Please advise on what to do.

I need your advice. I got My VISA last week but for some reason, they didn't include a decision letter (the one needed for BRP) when sending my passport. I only got the passport with the VISA vignette in it.

What do I do? i have done paid email but they aren't saying anything. Is this something to worry about? Has anyone here experienced this or know anyone who has? How did they go about it?
