There's one thing about all these igbobedients that I don't understand

Anytime anyone from West or north complains of hunger or poverty they are quick to mock him with the line

"Shebi na una vote tinubu"..... meaning those people are suffering because they voted tinubu right?

These same people u will see them in another thread cursing yakubu for collecting money from tinubu to influence election

Like I don't understand

Is it that people truly voted tinubu or tinubu just paid yakubu to do the job?
You are very funny.
It is just an excuse for losers

When he is not mad ...those in PDP are joining APC ..how can a stalwart like him in APC and the North for that matter join PDP at this time?

Someone like him would rather behave like Tinubu during Buhari's regime...stay for one corner and launch himself in 2026/2027 for presidential ticket.

He will also argue he was not part of Tinubu's government... although he was instrumental in him becoming President....Just like Tinubu said during campaign under PMB's regime.

Can a sharp cutlass cut anything by itself without someone making it happen?

What is the point of having infrastructure without government educating children and providing water to all households and businesses? Do you want investors to work with illiterate people in factories that have no public water supply?

This is why Lagos and black African cities are glorified ghettos.
Baba, it seems you are semi-literate person with all these your cut and join criticism.
Is provision of pipe borne water not an infrastructure by government?
Where do you come from to call Lagos a glorified ghetto?

The type of rubbish that T-Pain has been vomiting for Lagosians since 1999, with his magical master plan for making the people's IGR and other revenues disappear instead of employing government workers to do what Jakande did for just four years?

Four years before that undisciplined soldier overthrew our democratic institutions and locked Jakande up for corruption.
Baba, everything about you is government should create more jobs why not clamouring for infrastructure or incentives that will allow private investors to create jobs

Funny explanation. You could say the same for any penalty, so if na pedro leg e clear, you'll say it wasn't a penalty cause one leg was faster than the other, does that make sense?
If the assumed foul is against Brighton, do you think he would have awarded Arsenal that kind of penalty or didn't you see how Gabriel was hurled down by a Brighton player in the first half when Arsenal played a corner

Hes not shallow and bittered... No. Don't forget as an Igbo man, our business is our fist priority. Is better a president should visit these federal agencies. When he sees the rot happening there, he begins to ask questions
That's how governance is, governance is not all about blowing Grammer, wearing agbada walking like king Nebuchadnezzar.. no every state count and is your biz
You don't really know what governance all is about. For you to think the president will visit all ministries and parastatals to see the rot is unthinkable. What is the work of ministers and DG's? Are they not appointed to act as a representative of the president? Are they not supposed to present periodic report of their stewardship to the president?
Even in the bible, God told Moses to appoint 70 elders to relieve him of the burden of administering Israel

How about do your religion and let others do theirs? This provocative tendencies reeks of intolerance.

He said they give you round thing and said it is Christ. I am not Catholic, but from my reading of John Chapter 6, it was reported what Christ meant when He said He was the bread of life.

Of course many of His followers left Him because they assumed that by Him saying whoever ate of the bread ate of His flesh meant an invitation to cannibalism.

Jesus Christ was not just the Son of God or the Messenger of God as some would like to believe: Jesus Christ embodied the word of God. He manifested the Love of God. You can say the Word of God or the Love of God became flesh and if you eat of the bread, you nourish yourself, i.e., your spirit with God's word. It means you'd not hunger.

Disclaimer: I am not a Christian or Catholic.

Catholics will not go to hell.

Politics › Re: Controversy Surround Tinubu's Presidency, Southeasterners Seek Political Justice by Gboom: 10:17am On Jan 02, 2025
ch214:
The 2023 Nigerian presidential election has left a sour taste in the mouths of many southeasterners, who claim that Bola Tinubu forcefully took the presidency, disregarding the region's turn to produce the next leader. This perceived injustice has sparked widespread outrage and calls for restructuring.

According to Edwin Clark, convener of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), the southeastern region has been marginalized and excluded from key positions of power. Clark pointed out that Tinubu's administration has appointed 10 Yorubas as ministers from the southwest, while only five ministers were appointed from the southeast.

The election results from the southeast, south-south, and north have been cited as evidence of the region's dissatisfaction with Tinubu's presidency. Many southeasterners feel that their complains were ignored, and that Tinubu's boastful claims of it being "his turn" to become president were a clear indication of his disregard for the region's aspirations.

The controversy has reignited calls for restructuring and greater autonomy for Nigeria's regions. Clark has urged Tinubu to implement the 2014 National Conference Report, which recommends greater decentralization of power and resources.

As the debate rages on, southeasterners continue to demand justice and equality in Nigeria's political landscape. Will Tinubu's administration listen to their concerns, or will the region's dissatisfaction continue to simmer? Only time will tell.

Tinubu is a certified failure as his presidency has been marked by soaring prices of essential commodities like fuel, kerosene, diesel, gas, food, and transportation, causing untold hardship to Nigerians. The latest fuel price hike, which saw prices skyrocket from ₦198 to ₦1,030 per liter in just 18 months, is a stark reminder of his administration's ineptitude.

Furthermore, many believe that Tinubu's ascension to the presidency was unjust, as he allegedly "forcefully took" the position meant for the South Eastern region in the 2023 general presidential election. His boastful claims that it was "his turn" to become president, regardless of the people's vote, have only added fuel to the fire.

The South Eastern people are now demanding justice, vowing to "forcefully take back" the presidency from Tinubu in 2025 or seek his impeachment. They insist that they will not be silenced or ignored, and that justice must be served, regardless of the opinions of other groups.
The believe that SE is being marginalized is absolute nonsense. Do you guys want to reap where you did not sow?

nairalanda1:
The refinery is working, and it is not because of 'propaganda' or because tinubu has done anything special, it is because removal of subsidy has made refining fuel more profitable at home.

As a result, everyone is rushing in to make profits from refining fuel at home.

That is what many of us have been shouting for years. Remove subsidy, and the refineries will work. Why I say that tinubu has done nothing special is because the hefty debt burden he was left with forced his hand, otherwise he would have borrowed to continue paying the subsidy.

Now that everyone can make money refining fuel at home, everyone is running in.
