The East will do ok too but there might be growing pains due to mistrust for the igbos among other tribes until they recognize the true egalitarian nature of the igbo and realize that their destiny is truly in their own hands and its a great destiny.

The north will still be the same. Backward, tribalistic, feudal and foolish. There will be a constant trickle of refugees from the north to other countries every 3 or 4 years due to drought and jihadism until Chad, Niger and other countries start invading and pressing territorial claims and the global tragedy that is violent Islam continues.

The west will never be allowed autonomy by the north. The north will fight a viscious war to keep the west subjugated. ISIS is in the nieghbood and have since stated their alliance with bokos.

In less than 2yrs from now ISIS will have siezed large swaths of northern Nigeria without much ressistance as the disgruntled north will opt for ISIS to frustrate the central govt. Pictures and videos of northern muslims welcoming ISIS will lead to balkanization by the southsouth and southeast. ISIS will soon overwelm the middle belt and Abuja forcing the presidency to relocate. The middle belt will see the most brutal war in modern history with the region dubbed the 'killing fields" by the media.

The onslaught will then target the SW with no viable ressistance. Even among the SW populace there will be confusion as to what to do as the newly carved out southsouth and southeast will ressist any move for integration with the west.

It will be doomsday for the west with anarchy let loose as a result of no central or organized gov and little or no int'l concern to their plight. The looming anarchy by fuedal street thugs will see the SW openly accept ISIS. ISIS will first come as tolerant, unifying and stabilizing.
