This is powerful and eye opening. Honestly, the value inside is worth far more than the 6k. Every serious farm owner or business person needs to read this. It opens eyes to things you'd never imagine happening behind your back. You're truly a strong man for surviving all this and still sharing the lessons. Respect . delefresh: This is a true story.
I built one of Nigeria’s most ambitious livestock and crop farms and lost over 600,000,000 Naira to betrayal, theft, and poor systems.
I’m the founder of Delefresh Nigeria Limited, and I’ve documented exactly what happened in a new ebook so you or someone you know doesn’t have to go through it.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
How workers drained resources silently and consistently The red flags I ignored (and what they cost me) What systems to put in place to protect your farm or business Why building the wrong livestock pen can drain your entire capital How to survive setbacks and rebuild smartly
This is not a motivational book. It’s a survival guide for farmers, business owners, factory managers, and anyone running an operation in Nigeria or Africa.

Quick Update for Anyone New Seeing This Since I made the original post, I’ve had some really insightful convos with a few folks from here thanks to everyone who reached out. One thing that stood out is how many people are trying to shift from high-risk plays to more stable passive income strategies, especially with USDT. Some are using staking, others are on CeFi platforms with fixed returns, and a few are even testing out newer DeFi protocols (carefully!). I'm still learning every day, and it’s been great bouncing ideas around with people who are serious, not just chasing hype. If you're just seeing this post for the first time, feel free to drop your thoughts or experiences. Even if you’re just exploring the space, we’re all learning together. P.S. DM is still open if you want to connect privately or join the low-noise discussion group I mentioned earlier (again, not selling anything). Let’s keep learning together. Gd0007: I used to leave a portion of my crypto in altcoins hoping for growth, but after surviving some heavy dips, I decided to go for something more stable. I started parking funds in USDT and honestly, it changed how I manage risk.
Instead of stressing over charts, I now focus on ways to earn consistent passive yield using USDT. There’s a small circle I joined where we discuss this a lot real people, verified platforms, and no hype. I’ve learnt things I never came across on YouTube or Twitter.
Is anyone else here doing similar with USDT earning while staying stable? What are your strategies? Let’s talk.

Travel › Re: Calabar And Akwa Ibom Section Of The Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road (Pictures) by Gd0007(m): 9:53am On Jun 01, 2025 |
In Lagos, not every area has a beach view due to the presence of buildings and houses that block the line of sight. However, along certain routes, you can stop over if you wish to visit the beach.
The roads aren’t always built close to the shoreline for good reasons. First, many people use these routes for regular commuting, not just beach visits. Second, ocean waves and tidal movements can be unpredictable, posing risks like erosion or flooding. For safety and sustainability, a buffer zone is usually left between the beach and the road to protect infrastructure and ensure long-term accessibility. |

Why not check Airpeace it's a direct flight and no layover b31164707: Thank you. I agree Qatar Airways is very good, but I'm inclined to give Turkish Airlines a try since I've never used them before and since they appear to be quite affordable. I also noticed a significant price difference between the two airlines. Turkish Airlines is about 1.2m Naira for a round-trip (not bad), while Qatar is about 1.8 to 1.9m Naira for a round-trip after choosing seats, hence I'll be saving good money by using Turkish Airlines. Hopefully, they won't disappoint me. |

Thank you b31164707: Yes, assuming you and your wife don't plan to spend extravagantly. You can budget an amount between 1,500 and 2,000 GBP for you and your wife, which is still conservative for two people since I budgeted just 1,200 GBP for myself and was granted. Look for a cheap round-trip flight for two people and try to keep costs minimal for the both of you, then if your visa is granted, you can choose to spend more. It's best to be as conservative as possible with your budget to maximize your chances of being granted the visa.
Ah this amount you quote for 2 people ?? |

Ah this amount you quote for 2 people ?? b31164707: Your finances and disposable income are not bad at all. There aren't many Nigerians with an average monthly disposable income of at least 600,000 Naira, so you're obviously comfortable financially. If you end up staying with your brother to cut costs (which I highly recommend), I'd say budget anything between 1,200 and 1,500 GBP for a week (including a round-trip flight), but if you choose to stay in a hotel, I'd say budget between 1,500 GBP and 2,000 GBP (max) for a week. Try to be as conservative as possible when budgeting for your trip to increase the likelihood of a successful visa application, then if your visa is granted, you can choose to spend as much as you want to spend in the UK. Good luck! |

Thank you for your time. We had a conversation a few months ago, and here is a screenshot of your response. b31164707: To answer this question, may I please know what your average monthly earnings are like (including any additional income from allowances/bonuses) and your average monthly disposable income? You need to ensure that your proposed budget isn't significantly disproportionate to your average monthly earnings and average monthly disposable income when applying, or else wahala go dey.

Any advice for this below ? Gd0007: Good day, everyone. I need quick advice regarding my UK visa application. I've decided to include my wife in the application, and I have a closing balance of ₦10 million.
Here’s my estimated budget:
Air tickets for two: ₦2.8 million
Hotel: ₦1 million (or We may stay with my brother)
Feeding and other expenses: ₦1.5 million
Total: ₦5.3 million
Would this closing balance be sufficient for the application? |

On an iPhone, you can download an app called Vivid ID. It allows you to take a properly sized passport photo under appropriate lighting. You can save the photo on your phone and reprint a hard copy when needed.

There’s no need to refile another form. However, they might ask about the Canadian refusal during your interview, so be prepared to explain it. The U.S. typically only inquires about refusals related to the U.S.

Find below my previous answer to your question.
Here’s the process I think you can follow:
1. Book Your Own Appointment: First, search for a date that works for you and book your appointment.
2. Book for Your Wife: After booking your own appointment, pay for your wife’s appointment and monitor for the same date within 24 hours.
3. Reschedule if Needed: If the available date for your wife is different from yours, reschedule your own appointment to match her date so you can attend together.
4. Book for Your Daughter: Once you have the dates for both yourself and your wife, pay for your daughter's appointment. Any available date for your daughter will be the one you confirm.
5. Reschedule if Necessary: If you end up with a different date for your daughter, you may need to reschedule for yourself and your wife to match her date.
6. You can start on Saturday or Sunday by booking your own appointment and making the payment. By Tuesday, your booking should be confirmed. If you're lucky and see available dates on Wednesday, go ahead and make the payment for your daughter that same day. This way, you'll likely have access to book her appointment by Friday night or Saturday, depending on the timing of your payment.
Tim37: Please house I need your help regarding this |
Travel › Re: Usa Visit Visa Part 5 by Gd0007(m): 11:25pm On Jan 17, 2025 |
The main reason I suggested you look into and book a conference is to provide tangible evidence for your visa renewal application. This will establish a clear purpose for your visit as a short-term business trip, rather than simply claiming it as a vacation. In my opinion, attending conferences or trade shows is highly valued, as they occur at specific times and are seen as purposeful engagements.
JaySterling: Can you expatiate on using Mexico as a stop over ?? You mean I should fly to Mexico first before flying to United States?
Also, I don’t need visa to enter Mexico, a US visa is valid to enter Mexico |
Travel › Re: Usa Visit Visa Part 5 by Gd0007(m): 8:02pm On Jan 15, 2025 |
You can consider looking for a conference during your visit and booking it as the purpose of your trip. Alternatively, you could obtain a Mexico visa and use it as a stopover. However, since you are part of the "Rich Gang," you can also demonstrate strong ties to your home country, such as showing that you are not employed in the USA, as a reason for your return.
JaySterling: Hi guys. I travelled to the US on the 20th of May 2024 and came back to Nigeria on the 7th of August 2024 Purpose of trip was vacation
Now it’s January 2025 and I wanna travel for another vacation again. Would this raise red flags at the port of entry ?
I’m actually honestly going for vacation
I’m rich and don’t work for anyone. So I can afford my trip.
Would the immigration officer assume that I’m traveling or visiting the United States too much?? |

Did she mean siblings living in the USA? When she asked any siblings here ? Ysasa: Hi everyone. I am a silent reader but thought to share this to help someone here. I made payment in July 2024 and couldn’t get an appt date before AVITS. Avits was a mess for me , duplicate user, and many more problems until i could access the calendar but couldn’t get a date. Finally i read someone’s post here in December who mentioned how he sent an email using the V44 - unable to schedule appointment on Avits as Subject to lagosNIV@state.gov (explained my issue and attached some info, DS-160, MRV receipt attached, dob, passport number, reg email, full name). I followed same procedure, sent a mail on 10 Dec, got a reply on 19 December and was booked for 30 Dec 2024 7:15 am) (Please note that I was denied on 30 May 2023, I had/ have a good job)
Transcript:
Vo: good morning
Me: good morning
Vo: passport, handed her ( slim young, long hair lady)
Vo: why are you visiting the US
Me: I am going to Canada next year to visit my sister and her family and on my return to Lagos, my sister and myself have planned a short sister vacation in Newyork.
Vo: what does you sister do in Canada, student?
Me: No, she is a citizen, lives and works there
Vi: what do you do for work?
Me: I told her my field, my job title and where I work:
Vo: oh what does you job entail?
Me: I explained briefly (I write intelligence reports on conflict, pol violence, organized crime)
Vo: oh what is the name of your organization?
Me: I repeated that and then she ran a search
Vo: Oh i see your company is based out of thhe UK. So you work from Nigeria?
Me: precisely
Vo:Have you travelled out of Nigeria?
Me: Yes, I was in Canada last year ( NB: which was September 2023 after my US visa was denied I applied to see my sister) i didn’t say this part though, I have been to the UK twice, Rwanda and the UAE
Vo: Can i see your old passport?
Me: handed her and she checked my prev UK visas.
Vo: Are you married?
Me: no
Vo: Any siblings here
Me: No
Vo: any family member here
Me: my mom lives with me
Vo: how many days are you spending ?
Me: 6 days.
Vo: I will approve your visa now and you will receive an email in one week.
NB: I looked into her eyes fearlessly and spoke confidence and I was very relaxed because either ways I was still travelling to CA, US visa or not. All info is the truth. After i got denied in 2023, i applied for a CA visa and travelled for 2 weeks. I watched ZF Visa videos on Tiktok which made me understand more about how to slip in ties in responses and DS160. Lastly, make sure you know what is exactly in your DS-160. Consistency is key. I wish everyone the best. I hope this helps those who have interviews in the coming days, weeks etc. |
