Does anyone know where I can get SPC flooring in Lagos/Ibadan or Osogbo?

I am considering SPC flooring for my living room and bedroom and want to know if anyone has used this. I am trying to avoid tiling my living area and use SPC flooring instead.

Anyone can advise?

Another issue with my build is leaks through the ceiling whenever there's heavy wind during rain. Almost all the flats upstairs have leaks at different times in different parts of the flat(sitting room, bedroom, toilet). However, whenever rain falls without heavy wind, no leak is experienced in any of the flats.

I am thinking the roofer didn't overlap the long span sheets properly and that wind is properly opening then to allow rain drops. Last year, I covered all the nail points with Abro cement. We've had that issue as recent as yesterday again in 2 of the flats.

This is the absolute truth. Right now as I'm speaking with you the case is at the Police station. I found out that the Tiler and the said manufacturer (another Tiler) are colluding to create an unknown mixture and selling it to client as adhesive when in reality it's just repackaged OPC cement with some additives. To be specific, the Tiler took my engineer to a vendor to buy the Tile Adhesive at a ridiculous price, only to return to take over 50% commission.
