After all said and done, more is said than done. This is a thread for those living in illusions with creative mind for weird imaginations like one above me.

Well, it all depends on the times and season. If I have enough money, I will propose to her in front of the White House in US.

If I have little money like I have now, I will propose to her infront of Presidential villa Aso Rock Abuja.

And if I don't have money, I will pop the question in my room from the bathroom while taking my bath.

Also, it depends on the lady in question.
If she's rich, I will propose in her father's house.

If she's working with Salary less than 180k, I will ask the HR of her place of work to let me know when they've paid so as to propose.

If she's broke, I will propose on whatsapp or facebook messenger.

If it's a nairalander, on the day I will propose, I will create threads on all sections of nairaland and mention her on those threads. I will also mention the feminists and their heads of associations on nairaland, then pop the question in the diary section where she would be told that she won't be able to comment on the thread. That way...........

...this really cracked me up.

I would prefer something like he organizes a small party without my knowledge and invites me to a different place after a good conversation and some good smiles he begs me to follow him to somewhere else without disclosing what exactly is happening there. When we get there with everything set but nobody in sight and iam asking what is happening he helps me to sit and he also sits and he trys to explain how his world is not complete without me lol, how I mean a lot to him lol etc now iam beginning to get an idea of what is happening and iam blushing abi and smiling and he proposes if I say yes everyone comes out from their hiding place and the party begins. Pls don't try any scary stuff cos I will faint before the party starts

As an ex bowenite, i wonder what happened or what has changed . During the first 5 graduating sets which i was in , first class isnt this cheap......

First 5 graduating sets u said... This is the 12th set, now that's a huge difference. You should understand that there are more students now and definitely the number of people bagging 1st class, 2nd class, etc, will be more than it was 6 or 7 years ago. I was in the 11th set and I know how hard I worked for my 2.1 and how extra hard my friends who bagged 1st class worked. It is so not cheap.

Empire has been on for about 2 years, and trust me the turn out of things isn't what I expected when I watched it's very first episode. If someone had told me that at some point Jamal and Hakeem will be against each other, I would have screamed "never!" with my eyeballs bulged. I mean those two work wonders together, I foresaw them being a really great team.

And waoh! Who would have known that the so angry Hakeem will be on the same team with his mama... And speaking of Cookie; God I love that woman, the way she carries herself –fearless, Confident –I can't seem to get enough of her.

Quite shockingly, I love luscious too. He might be dirty and seem like he has love for no one, but he loves his family – especially Cookie. Their love is a bit hard to understand but in jamals voice "that's a twisted kind of love".

Andre is a pain in the ass. I liked him better when he was repenting and going to church. Although his wife seemed to love him more as the bad guy. The way she died almost made me cry.
Andre had better stop the plot to kill his father, cos he might end up being the dead one.

Isn't Jamal so cute? I can't believe he's gay for real. All that hotness wasted?.(don't get me wrong here, I just feel bad that no girl can have him). He's going through a very hard time at the moment in the series, I hope he's come clean of drugs for real. In my opinion they should have sent him back to the rehab to finish up the program.
Being in the rehab was quite good, he met Tori. Really don't like her personality, but they make a good duos.

Okay now...enough ranting about the characters...
If you haven't seen the current episode, you should go download it. There's so much drama. Anika shouldn't feel on top of the world cos luscious did whatever he did just to get back at cookie.
Oh...and I enjoyed the very last scene, where Cookie goes all crazy with Luscious. Everyone would have thought Luscious would do something outrageous to her, but it all ended up in a heated kiss... Can't wait for the next episode.

Being the weird girl that I am, my food recipes aren't so different. I love things that are easy and quick to prepare – just like my banana and milk recipe
Required:
1. 7 fingers of ripe banana(for a full meal)
2. 2 or 3 small sachets of peak milk
3. Water
4. Bread (optional)

Procedure:
1. Chop the bananas in small pieces into a bowl
2. Add your milk
3. Add very little water to avoid it being watery. (It's nicer when creamy)
4. Mix and enjoy.
You can have it with bread.

Hope you enjoy this weird recipe of mine. Would share this same banana recipe (but taken in a different way) for those interested in weight loss.

I was so thrilled when I came across this young man on instagram. He is Simon also known as father of daughters, married to mother of daughters and they are both bringing up four little women.
Knowing that men love to have male children who will carry their name on and on, I wish some of them would actually just take the time and appreciate the girl child – which is what Simon does. Every child is a blessing, no one is ever a mistake.
