Blog flipping is a process of buying and selling of Websites/blogs/domains wherein you have to buy any blog in low price and then sell into higher price.
There are two simple ways in Blog Flipping by which you can start with. You can either create a new Blog from scratch, and once you build authority, traffic, and money, you can sell it. Another way is by buying existing web property and develop it to next level, and sell it at a higher price.

Nairaland GeneralLautech Students Storm Osogbo, 7 Sleep On The Road In Massive Protest by Geezyayo(op): 11:45pm On May 24, 2017
The students of Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho today Wednesday 24-05-17 storm Osogbo the capital city en masse holding traffic for over five hours in what was a revolutionary protest against the government of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola over the lackadaisical attitude of his government to the school.

The protest reached a peak with students sleeping on the road as we speak due to the Ogbeni's refusal to address them.

The struggle continues tommorrow as the students are prepared to run the capital city till the Government adresses them!

It remains to be seen! If the Governor who from reports is busy preparing for his birthday party tomorrow night with bigwigs like Yemi Osinbajo and other political bigwigs in attendance!

The chancellor of the university and Godfather to the Governor will not be in attendance as he'll be having a boxing match with Evander Holyfield

The Easter Lesson we must learn !!!

Easter is a celebration of the ascension of Christ but it is also a perfect opportunity for further enlightenment and religious redemption.

Which brings us to the interesting subject "Tithing"

Did Jesus Christ ever pay or collect tithe ?
What about Elisha, Elijah & even Paul ?
How many of the 11 disciples
What's God's true perspective on tithing ?

With the explosion in the number of wealthy churches and church founders ! It is only important that true Christian faithfuls renumerate and probably once and for all discover the truth.

The truth by any and every means is what we as individual Christians choose to believe and as such this piece will not convince anyone on the importance of paying tithe or otherwise but we must to do our best in guiding true Christian faithfuls on coming to the right conclusion.

*this is in no way an affront against the principles of the church but an inspired effort to clarify once and for all this volatile issue !!!

I'm not asking anybody not to pay tithe I've only asked that we as Christians take this easter celebration as an opportunity for further enlightenment and religious redemption.

Happy Easter to you all !!!

Time for the Youths to unite for true progressive change!!!!

Enough is enough!!! Our mumu don do, we've allowed this same set of old people call the shots for two too long. We've been maga'd and mugu'd for too long a time, we've been raped, used, disused and misused, we've been stepped on, trampled upon and tricked . It is time for us to stand up to the evil cabal doing everything possible to put us down !!! They don't want you to be successful !!! They only want us their puppets, their dogs !!! They're not ready to relinquish power !!! They'd rather die than do such !!!

With all sense of respect and humility we must give thanks to them and their efforts !!! In fact we must appreciate them for their contributions in training us *albeit wasting us.

But their evil deeds notwithstanding they have one thing we don't have ? In fact they outclass us with just one thing- Experience !!! Bad Experience!!!
It's time to say good riddance to bad rubbish!!

These set of archaic, senile, power hungry and self righteous men who will never understand that the world has changed. They keep on ignoring the fact that they're ill educated to move this country forward only a few like the Tinubu's (a man with intellect second only to Awo) has understood this and has surrounded himself with young minds even though it's to his own personal advantage but half bread is better than nothing!!!

It's time to do something ! Something revolutionary!

We must understand that 21st Century problems cannot be solved with 20th Century ideology!!!
To move this country forward young minds must be at the forefront of the battle !!!
We must not attempt to like our forebears wrestle power from the current holders!!!
But before 2019 we all must position ourselves at strategic junctions to be able to effectively negotiate with all our Strength !!!
To craft a Vision !!!
And stay Committed to Achieving our Vision!!!!
Start small !!! Dream big !!!
For the future is near !!!
I'm Alukoolokun Ayomide
And I believe the future of Nigeria is in the hands of we the Youths!!!!

EducationLautech Students Charges Government &management To Court !!! by Geezyayo(op):
NOTIFICATION OF PROPOSED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE JOINT OWNERS OF LAUTECH AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTITUTION..... by the Amnesty Chamber

The legends of Lautech judiciary practitioners under the leading student legal chamber- Amnesty chamber has resolved to take legal action against the joint owners of Ladoke Akintoka University of Technology, (Oyo state government, the government of the state of Osun) and the management of the institution. If within the next 72- hours after the release of this notification all parties involved fail to come out with an official statement assuring the students of the institution that Academic activities that have been in a state of coma for the past seven months will be promptly revived and that the resumption date be communicated to the students via the normal and official channel.
The decision was taken after an emergency meeting of members of the chamber while considering the unfathomable pain as a result of the strike, waste of resources, waste of productive time, waste of resourceful knowledge.

This is a breach of the agreed 5 years course durations of the institution.
While addressing news men representatives of the chambers Barr. Jegede Peter (SAU) and Barr. Aluko-olokun Ayomide lamented on the insensitivity of the management and the owners of the institution and their lack of consideration for the future of Ladokites and to implore all parties involved to quickly resolve the problem as the students have had enough of the indefinite break.
Barr. Alukoolokun Ayomide while further addressing pressmen "appreciated the efforts from various quarters, the high and mighty in the Nigerian society, distinguished and eminent personalities who have joined the students of the institution in appealing to all involved parties to find a quick solution to the myriad of problems affecting the institution. He further described the situation as an unfortunate one that has gone on for too long and called on the students to expect good news any time from now, he however also assured that the chamber was ready to go to any length to seek legal redress on their behalf if need be.
The top hierarchy of the chamber who were at the emergency meeting includes the following revered, honoured and outstanding advocates;

Barr. Jegede Peter (SAU)
Lead Counsel

Barr. Oyeniyi Abidemi Hikmat (SAU)
Associate lead counsel 1

Barr. Salawu Hameed
Associate lead counsel 2

Barr. Abimbola Mubarak
Registrar

Barr. Oke Johnathan Ayodele,
Barr. Ishola Akeem Babatunde, Barr. Olukade Bisola Christiana
and all other distinguished members of the chamber.

LAUTECH INDEFINITE STRIKE WAY FORWARD :

Fellow ladokites and readers alike, in light of the unfolding events in our dear school, an overall analysis of the status quo is in order before we proceed on the next line of action. Many are eager for the strike to be canceled but I'll ask them to what end ?, the reality is we've been outplayed, outfoxed and conquered. The powers that be carefully applied a simple rule " divide and conquer" and by any and every means for now they've achieved their aim excellently.

The above was the first paragraph of one of many write-ups I've penned on this burning issue. And thank God after seven months or thereabout I think there should have been a way forward by now.
As the elders will say " iyan ti Jo dori koko" meaning " the pounded yam has burnt up to the knot." I like many other ladokites have watched the issue of this strike linger on and I'm sure I'm right when I say we are fed up, we are tired, and finally all are saying is " CALL OFF THE STRIKE ". I am particularly proud of the efforts of many ladokites in their creative use of social media during this trying period and also many other progressive efforts of various comrades one way or the other to voice out the dire straits ladokites are in but we need to explore many other options to achieve victory as the saying goes it is not over until it is over.
I'll also give kudos to all comrades who have stood firm even in the face of Intimidation. You have put to practice our alutarian watchword " intimidation we condone not." and raised your voices circumstances notwithstanding.
Unfortunately our voices even though loud has not been loud enough, our message even though sent, delivered & read has been either misunderstood or ignored either way it is clear we need a way forward.

The way forward if I may humbly suggest is to give this issue the right proportion of ; physical, intellectual, academic, spiritual, political and religious energy it requires no more no less. No more noise making, no more passing across messages the powers that the powers that be can ignore or waive. It is time for all ladokites past present, future and never to be to effectively win the battle. The most important weapon we have as extended members of the lautech family is influence, we need to directly influence the powers that be to be able to win this battle. I must progressively state that Insulting or being at logger heads with; the school authority, lecturers, government or any of its instruments is not the way forward.
On this note it is highly important that all stake holders ( all ladokites ) must find effective means of communing with the powers that be so that we can put an end to this prolonged strike.
This is not a job for a few, in fact it's not a job but a fight all ladokites must fight.

In summary and conclusively, I Aluko-olokun Ayomide ( popularly known as Geezy ) , a 300 Level student of Ladoke Akintola University humbly and most graciously urge my fellow ladokites to not just go through this piece but most importantly pick up what makes sense and leave the nonsense for the bin.

Also, to fellow Nigerian students, youths, our dear lecturers, the government of both states, ASUU, NASU, NANS and most importantly all Nigerians ; the youths are leaders of tomorrow will you allow the future of your fellow brothers, sisters, daughters, sons, friends and family be derailed ?, NOT ON OUR WATCH !!!. We are in this together.
Let's secure the future of this Nation !!!
It starts not just with you and i but in our concerted efforts to use all our strength, vision, commitment, resource to ensure that the future of over 30,000 LAUTECH ( Nigerian ) students is not jeopardized.

Nairaland GeneralLeadocracy & The Youth by Geezyayo(op): 6:34am On Aug 24, 2016
LEADOCRACY & THE YOUTH

Firstly, i must put paid to the popular notion that our dear nation practices democracy lest I want to fall prey to the evil machinations of the devilish beasts. The truth is the most appropriate definition of our system of government is that of a tribal-ethnic oligarchically centralized form of government by way of who benefits or gets to have a bite of the national cake which for the sake of this piece I'll regard as leadocracy. This leads to the very natural question what is leadocracy ?. "Leadocracy as proposed by yours truly is the government of the leaders by the leaders for the leaders ". A youth on the other hand according to the Nigerian constitution is categorized as a person between the age of 18 - 35 years. This piece seeks to explore the disconnect between this phenomenon ( leadocracy ) and its relative contributions to the status quo of the youth which by all means is not so good, unfair and unjust.

In a country where the youths are vastly unemployed, the government ineffectual, even the political structure of the nation by any and every means is not favorable to the so called youth. I believe it is time for us the youth to start asking questions. Imagine, a situation where in a country made up of a population of more than 170 million people, 60 % of which are youths giving a total of about 120 million having no single representative in the National Assembly, House of representatives, or Federal executive council.
The only notable post being held by anyone who classifies as a youth is held by 24 year-old Bashir Ahmad the Personal Assistant on new media to President Buhari. In fact, the youngest of the 36 ministers is Alhaji Abubakar Malami , SAN (Minister of Justice) who is 48 years old as at the time of appointment.
The above facts and figures clearly indicates that the typical Nigerian youth is evidently schemed out and marginalized in government as rarely does anybody who qualifies as a youth has the opportunity to hold office or have that opportunity to have a fair bite of the national cake. Presumably the national cake this days is for the old, corruptly shameless, selfish few who have set out to hoard power and have a marriage of sort with power till death do they part. Never the less even after death they only pass the baton to their kin and only once in a while will the lucky few or a loyal subject either through consent of the master or otherwise gets to also have a go at the national cake at the end of the day it's all a cycle of power which if not broken will only bring our nation to ruin as it's the very cancer eating deep into the national fabric of our nation.

How is it that the youth despite the high population have been unable to get their acts together is it their fault ? or is it just the wish of the older generation coming into play? Will we continue treading on this inglorious and dangerous path?. Those questions is for us to answer as individuals not just via our words but with actions.
It's time for the Nigerian youth to stand up for with all my might I dare say ti's thy birthright and sole mission to liberate this once great nation from the shackles of impunity, injustice, corruption & all ethno-religious crisis. A word i believe is enough for the wise and for the fools wasting their time on frivolities the Lord is your strength.
I submit !!!

PoliticsProposed Immunity For Lawmakers A Glorious Shame by Geezyayo(op): 8:49am On Jul 14, 2016
Proposed "impunity" for principal office holders in the legislative arms a glorious shame

A sizeable population of the world especially fellow Nigerian citizens like myself were made to watch or read as the case may be, with disgust reports of a proposed amendment to the Nigerian constitution as regards "impunity" for principal office holders in the legislative arm of the national and state level. This move by members of the national legislative house is one I believe well meaning Nigerians and right thinking Nigerians will find repulsive, unnecessary, and disagreeable. I'm sure most will agree with me when I say it is only a ploy for legislators involved in criminal acts to hide their head. Apart from this, it's a shame a number of lawmakers in the present house are nothing but hypocrites. They find it hard to propose constitutional amendments that will provide immunity from poverty, unemployment, insecurity, social injustice, poor electricity, poor working conditions and other unfavorable societal issues pertaining to the average Nigerian.

For Christ's sake, these are people elected to represent the Nigerian populace and make law for the betterment of the Nigerian populace which begs the question, how will the proposed "impunity" benefit the average Nigerian ?. It's safe to conclude that quite a number of the lawmakers are in office to fight for their own personal interest and benefits as exemplified by the financial immunity and other forms of immunity they already enjoy by way of the legislative practices and privileges Act.
As it stands I'm yet to know of any democracy in the world where something of this nature is in use yet our lawmakers are the first to advocate for this.

In lieu of the above, the proposed "impunity" as it stands is against global best practices and not of benefit to the average Nigerian therefore, it should not be allowed in the constitution of our great country Nigeria as the proposed immunity is clearly a cloak for impunity.

GOD BLESS THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA !!!

EducationHIDDEN SECRETS BEHIND LAUTECH STRIKE EXPOSED by Geezyayo(op):
AN EXPOSE ON THE STATUS QUO OF LAUTECH

Fellow ladokites and readers alike, in light of the unfolding events in our dear school, an analysis of the past is in order before we proceed to the next line of action. Many are eager for the strike to be canceled but I'll ask them to what end ?, the reality is we've been outplayed, outfoxed and conquered. The powers that be carefully applied the " divide and conquer" tactic and by any and every means for now they've achieved their aim excellently well.
The powers that be took advantage of the students by capitalizing on the obvious political division that we all know exist in our polity. It's a shame to know that the powers that be knowing fully well the major threat to their ploy was the "SUG" worked hard in rendering the "SUG" useless. They capitalized on the gullibility of certain misguided elements present in our deceased union in achieving this. The post election protest was a ploy by the powers that be to finally render the union useless for the time being. A lot of ladokites feel the union is all about the elected executives believe me there is more to the student union than that. Every ladokite is by any and every means a member of the student union the elected executives are only chosen to serve / function as the mouthpiece of it's members. any student that prays / fight for the scrapping of the union will suffer the consequences plus or minus, good or bad which brings us to the status quo.

The powers that be knowing fully well that the LAUTECH chapter of ASUU had resolved not to conduct examinations unless the EAA ( earned academic allowance ) being owed them by the government of the states of OSUN & OYO is paid. The school management had for a while been managing to pay the allowances from the internally generated revenue from running the school for a while now.
The status quo is one that wreaks of foul play, the powers that be have played a fast one on the students at large as there are claims from certain quarters the strike is as a result of the protest held on campus last month this is not entirely true as the truth is that is only a smokescreen for the truth which is the inability of both the government of the states of Osun & Oyo to pay the salary being owed by them and also the school's inability to generate enough revenue to cater for the lecturers in the meantime.
My humble advice to all politically oriented persons in LAUTECH is to learn from the lessons of their past leaders and not continue the trend of shame that has led to the status quo. This is the time to stand together as one and join hands in ensuring that the strike is called off as soon as possible and in making sure the status quo does not repeat itself.

I hereby once again call on all LAUTECH alumnus, the NANS cadre, highly distinguished Nigerian men & wome to help us appeal to the government of Osun & Oyo, the school management, members of ASUU & all other concerned parties to quickly resolve this issue once and for all.

God bless LAUTECH!!!
God bless the government of the state of Osun !!!
God bless the government of the state of Oyo !!!
God bless Nigeria!!!

EducationLautech Students Say Enough Is Enough Call On Osun & Oyo State Government by Geezyayo(op):
I'm not just tired of staying @ home, but I am tired of watching the government toy with my future right before my eyes, I'm tired of my mates graduating before me, I'm tired of the government's carefree attitude to education, I'm tired of being punished all because of the failings of the government, Indeed I'm tired. If you believe the above is from one man take a seat, those are the words of over Thirty thousand students of LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY.

For the past month we've been home when we're supposed to be in school for our examinations. One month of our academic life has been wasted and I'm sure any reasonable mind can figure out the implication of that. Education should be of utmost importance to any reasonable government but as fate will have it there are challenges which is normal considering the fact that we're all humans. The issue I have with the leadership of the states of osun & oyo is that they've been unable to rise to the many challenges facing them and until they do I'm afraid the future of both states is not bright.
My biggest fear concerning the school remains that even if the school management reopens the school for now what is the probability that this same problem will not occur later in the future. Let's find a lasting solution to this once and for all, but while you're doing that kindly reopen the school.
I'll like to call on the whole world to come to our aid in appealing to the government of the two states !!!

CareerA MUST READ!!! Open Letter To Yahoo Boys, Nairabet, Lotto, Baba Ijebu gamers by Geezyayo(op):
The more you sow, the more you are likely to reap. This is true but you should always be careful of what you sow, don't sow bad seeds and expect to get good fruits in return. No it doesn't work that way, you have to sow good seeds by carefully and adequately investing your time and energy in productive activities.
Most youths nowadays in trying to invest make a mistake of looking at the short term gains/ immediate returns (instant profit) instead of holistically looking at the medium and long term gains of the investment opportunity. For example, a sizable quantity of Nigerian youths prefer to invest their time playing prediction games such as; nairabet, virtual, dog racing, lotto, baba ijebu and the likes instead of dedicating that energy to invest in a more long-term result oriented business. Imagine what you could become investing in agriculture for example, the possible results are endless but because of impatience and lack of understanding they prefer to engage in Yahoo, in fact the fact that you can think of engaging yourself in a business is laudable but must you make other people part with their hard earned money before you succeed?, the rate at which Nigerian youths now engage in such nefarious activities is alarming I believe you all will agree with me when I say that even the government have not helped the situation of things.
The solution to all of Nigeria's problem as far as I'm concerned is and forever will be the youths and as such it is high time the youths wake up to their responsibility. We the youths need to get creative and come up with more morally justifiable ways of making money because if you think Nairabet, yahoo, armed robbery is the way God forbid that, then permit me to say in psquare's voice "wahala dey. At the end of the day it's all garbage in garbage out.
God bless Nigerian youths!!!

PoliticsThe Nigerian Political Process Setting Our Priorities Straight by Geezyayo(op): 6:53am On Jun 24, 2016
A typical Nigerian politician by nature is a certified master in the brutish art of politicking we seem to display. In simple terms the “do or die” approach to politics is a norm to the average political player, more like the Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution getting applied in the political scenery and believe me the crave for money, power, authority is one that has overtime led to a gradual deterioration in the country’s fortune no doubt.
The presently deplorable state of things to a layman is a product of the seeming inability and ineffectiveness of the present administration but to be factual this is not truly so, the problem of Nigeria originated as soon as the exit of our colonial masters which gave birth to sentimentalist ideals such as ethnicity, religion and Whatnots. This ideals were as a result of the parochial/selfish interests and narrow-mindedness of our leaders as at the time and overtime it snowballed into the trademark of Nigerian politics as a whole .

The present political reality is in itself a clarion call to all Nigerian politicians to trend a new path, it’s high time we got things right and as such we must set our priorities straight. Trivialities such as; religion, tribalism, political sentiment and other forms of impunity must not be allowed in our political life. Achieve this and issues such as the seemingly; selective appointments, political witch hunts, selective anti-corruption war e.t.c of the present administration would become a thing of the past.

God bless Nigeria!!!

In all honesty and truth we're being decieved again and again, don't you feel we need to grow up?
Furthermore, let's face the facts it's still the same set of people ruling us since independence and all they do is decieve we the common folk especially the youths, the funniest thing is the youth who they pretend to care about sell ourselves short because of money .hmmm.... we're selling our future but at what cost ? We need to start asking ourselves questions because as far as far as I am concerned the only person that can truly produce the desired change is not BUHARI, Jonathan, Obasanjo , Tinubu ,APC or PDP it's only the generality of all Nigerians led by the common people with a common vision to make Nigeria great irrespective of our political, tribal, social or religions differencies.
In short we need a revolution and believe me it starts with you and I. We the youths need to wake up and take up the mantle unless this happens brothers and sisters we ain't going nowhere.

I am alukoolokun ayomide (a.k.a Geezy) and believe me (in fela's voice ) " I never telle finish"

PoliticsOpen Letter To Gov. Fayose On His Recent Comment About PMB by Geezyayo(op): 6:21pm On Apr 02, 2016
"FAYOSE GBOTI E"

Is fayose a governor or a full-time antagonist of President Buhari?
or
Is making comments aimed at castigating other people the constitutional duty of a governor. Gov. Fayose should remember a proverb he himself quoted not long ago " FALANA GBOTI E....". It is unwarranted and uncalled for to keep distracting Nigerians all because you think you have an opinion, you have the right to have your opinion but Mr. Governor must you always speak it out in public?
Is it wrong to communicate your grieviances if any, privately with Mr. President?
Mr. Governor you have the mandate of over two million nigerians focus on doing your best in bringing to their doorstep the dividends of democracy.
In Nigeria's history, even the president that stayed at home the most still faced various challenges and yet at the end of the day we had nothing to show for it. I personally do not see anything wrong with Mr. Presidents traveling i only suggest he prioritizes and stay focused on giving us his best. As long as Mr. President gives his best to making our Nation better i have no problem. A lot of people like Mr. Governor fail to understand that even in the best Democratic dispensation it is still hard and almost impossible to fulfill all campaign promises for christ sakes take a look at the economy. You should understand by holding an office as a Governor by now that there are what i believe to be practical realities in governance. This practical realities are what we must evaluate before we can take decisions, permit me to say 90 % of Mr. Presidents campaign promises when analysed and cross evaluated with the present state of the Nigerian economy are unrealistic. Therefore, Mr. Governor and all other citizens of Nigeria should stop expecting magic to happen. We have already made our choice, let's stand by it as MEN and WOMEN who want the best for Nigeria. Let's support PMB it's the only way we can move forward as a nation.

I'm Alukoolokun ayomide i believe with the progressive effort of you and i a better Nigeria is possible. We'll get there!!!
