My dog is big..but drogo still dwarfed her during mating.
D brother is nice and his dog are good.
My dog is barking excessively since last two nights. Excessively. The other dog is quite, but hers is mad loud and consistent.. fighting the other dog too. I am thinking it's the pregnancy

And here is Drogo.. Maya’s father. Belongs to Bsquared Kennels and farms. Shout out to that man.. lovely, trust worthy and responsible breeder.

See who’s 6months old now. Maya guard instinct is top notch and ooh finally she finished her bag of royal canin (Lol money no waste)

Maya wants nothing but chicken o. I mixed the some raw chicken with the last cup of booster dry food I had and added a bit of water to soften it as usual and she cleared the plate. I tried the same method with the Royal Canin. She licks the Moistened royal canin off and picks the chicken out leaving the royal canin wasted . Lol..As for me o, I have decided she must finish that 17kg bag or else, it’s hunger games for her until I discovered another method. I bought Titus fish and boiled it, mixed it with royal canin soaked in warm water( she never eats dry food without it being soaked to make it a bit soft, I don’t know why )..then I made sure the fish blends well with the royal Canin and it worked ..she eats it bit by bit every hour or so until she finishes the bowl... so for now, that’s what I will do till the bag finishes. Then I will switch back to booster . Lol

Loooooool.. wondering why I am laughing out loud?. I decided to change Maya’s diet as she is now 5months (been feeding her booster since she arrived). Naso I go buy Royal Canin giant puppy, 17kg bag which cost 44,000. Carry am reach house and excited Maya will be having a great time of her life..with this finger licking delicacy specially prepared for her .. hehe, Madam just sniffed the food and walked away :oz . 44k food. I can’t cry . Lol

Yes it is safe.. I just make sure I deworm her from time to time.

Her food finished During the lockdown and the Petshops were obviously closed so I had to switch to raw food this past 3weeks... 4kilos of chicken per week. Maya loves it so much

Oh my... been super busy. Maya doesn’t stay still but I was able to get a few pictures this week. She’s exactly 5months old today and she has been shedding her brown puppy coat excessively. From this picture, you’d notice the little black patches of adult fur growing out under the brown ones. I am guessing she will appear a bit darker in few months time

Has the heat affected her appetite? Does she eat as much as before ?

At all... intact she eats a whole lot more. I used to feed her thrice a day with small portions. But I reduced to twice a day now with increased portion for each meal..

Oh I mentioned the heat earlier , as you can see how much she enjoys bathing... she lays on the floor, opens are belly upward and enjoys the splash of water all through. The young lady wount mind her own private pool ... maybe I should work towards that.. lol

Just give maya can foods, and all her worries in the world are over.. lol

Maya @14weeks. She’s growing fast but the heat is really affecting her. I wish I could let her off her chain so she can play round the compound but madam goes straight to the wet ground close to the well and rolls in it and gets muddy. As if that’s not enough,she also Dips her legs into her water plate at times too.. I realize she’s just trying to cool off but bathing her every single time is having a toll on me, lol.... so she spends most of the day chained and I walk her in the evenings. With this 2weeks lockdown, I guess I will have more time to bond with her and also update this thread for all to see the progress maya is making

Oh.. update has been on break for a while. I have been so busy these days and no time to take pictures . Maya is growing and her fur color has changed. She is so active and barks already. So hyperactive I can’t get a clear still picture of her..

I got my dog too from bsqyared kennel..
But mine is from pumba and Lola.
11 months old last week

The only mistake I made then was not buying the female version along side the male.

When I got him.. he was the runt of his litter... Despite that.. look at how lovely he has grown
Even thou I have never feed it with chicken and co
It still turned out great..eating just bingo alone till date.

I wish I can get a female adult dog from bsquared
If he has I can pay as much as 200k for it.
Drogo is damn big.. almost as big as pumba.
That man had good dogs.
No one can deny that

Oh wow!! Karik’s head is soo Massive. It took after Pumba. Pumba has always been my favorite ever since it was a pup. Planned to get one sired by pumba but I was equally impressed when I saw drogo so I decided to get from drogo and sarabi litter...lol, cost just over 200k plus a crate I had to get from bsquared...and yeah, his dogs are impressive and about stamping authority, I am doing that o.. Maya is just 11weeks but the strength she exerts pulling her chain and try to take the lead ehn..lol.. but thankfully she has learnt to walk by my side now..when she tries pulling I give the sit command and she sits, looking up at me like “Wetin Dey do this man sef”. Ehehe... anyways, thanks for Your comment and get Karik a female partner soon. ;DCheers

It’s a public jetty. It cost N600(Lagferry) while the privately owned boats costs N700

Food shopping for Maya is always fun.. sometimes I wish to buy the whole Petshop for her.. lol!!... anyways, I got this for her .. 24cans.. about N14,000 and madam finished it in 8days

Maya is doing well.. just had her third shot at the vet’s but the heat these days tho. .. madam is always drooling and I can tell the heat is having it’s effect on her ...I make sure to keep her hydrated with lots of water . Taking care of a dog no be beans o.. but it’s worth the while
