The female student who hails from Asaba,the Delta State Capital was a regular bed mate of the super rich Alhaji,who constantly and regularly takes care of her needs and spoilt her silly with money and other material things.

It was learnt that on the fateful day,the Alhaji,who is said to shuttle between Abuja,Lagos and Benin called her up to book an hotel around her campus,pretending that he wanted her to be closer to school.

She did as the Alhaji instructed and subsequently packed her bag ready for the weekend for the arrival of the Alhaji.

At the hotel, the fun started as usual and everything was going on well.

A traditional ruler in Obokun Local
Government Area of Osun State, the Alowa
of Ilowa-Ijesa, Oba Adebukola Alli, who has
been standing trial for allegedly defiling a
23-year-old ex-member of the National
Youth Service Corps (NYSC), (name
withheld), on Friday, denied the allegation.
He said it was not his first time of making
love with the ex-corps member, saying that
they had s*xual intercourse together on
several occasions, and that they always
enjoyed the act.
The traditional ruler, who was facing a one-
count charge of defiling the plaintiff, who
served as a corps member in his domain in
2011, also told Justice Oyejide Falola of the
Osun State High Court, that the victim was
his lover and that they usually had s*xual
intercourse both in his palace and at his
private residence in Osogbo where the
incident allegedly took place.
“The lady is my lover, I did not r*pe her
and that was not our first time of having
s*xual intercourse, she is my lover, but I
was surprised when I got to the police
station over the allegation. She slept with me
from 25 to 26 March, 2011 and I got to
know that she had reported me to the police
on Monday, 28 March, 2011.
“I met the ex-corper during a programme
in Ibokun. On the day in question, 25
March, 2011, both of us left Ilowa to Osogbo
where we branched at Osun grove in order to
replicate the grove at Ilowa historical site.
“After we left Osun grove, we drove down to
my private residence where we spent the
night and when it was 10:30 to 11pm, she
removed her jacket and she told me to help
her loose her underwear from her back,
which I did and I discovered that she was
not wearing any bra, she then took off her
skirt and pants herself and we started
making love. After making love that night
which lasted without struggle, I drove her
back the next day to Ilowa.
“But I was surprised on Monday, 28 March,
when I was invited to the police station over
the allegation of defiling her. She is my
regular visitor to Ilowa palace and my
private house in Osogbo. Even many people
including my brothers and other obas knew
about our relationship,” he said.
Alli, who was led in witness by his counsel,
Taofeek Tewogbade, stunned the court when
he alleged that the police demanded for
N400,000 in order to dissuade the victim
from continuing the case. The accused also
alleged that the victim’s pastor demanded
for N1million on her behalf so that the
complainant could drop the charge
instituted against him.
Also led in witness were the son of Alli,
Seun, an aide to the traditional ruler, Mr.
Ganiyu Babalola and his cook, Esther
Patrick. They all said that the victim was
Alli’s lover.
During the cross-examinations by the
Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) from
the state Ministry of Justice, Mr Dapo
Adeniji, the witnesses, except the accused,
said that they did not make any statement
to the police. Justice Falola, however,
adjourned the case to April 15 for adoption
of addresses.

The result of the medical test conducted to
determine the mental state of Olufunke
Aladeojebi, former Principal of Ajuwon High
School, Iju Ajuwon, has confirmed that the
woman is sane and suffers no serious
mental ailment.
Mrs. Aladeojobi was indicted for conducting
virginity test on some female students in
her school, and subsequently suspended.
The Ogun State Government said the medical
test on the tutor was necessary to determine
her mental state.
The Ogun State Commissioner for
Education,Science and Technology, Segun
Odubela stated the result of the medical test
on Friday.
Mr. Odubela added that the test was
conducted by Timothy Olaolu Adebowale, a
Consultant Psychiatrist, Special Grade 1 with
the Neuro Psychiatrist Hospital, Aro,
Abeokuta.
The four-page report described Mrs.
Aladeojebi, who was assessed on January 29
as a woman “who was well-orientated in
time, place and person, with good attention
and concentration.”
The report further described her “short and
long term memories” as “intact” and also
demonstrated an appropriate assertiveness
in declining to pay for the registration fee
for her assessment pointing out that this
ought to be paid by the referring body.
“There was no evidence of impairment of
reality testing, or gross personality defect,
as she currently expresses realistic views on
issues regarding the whole incident in her
school and her referral for this
assessment,” states the report.
The psychiatrist attributed the former
principal’s mistake to “lack of restraint” as
“she does not appear to have feelings of
personal insecurity, self doubts and
incompleteness which could have in addition
to her desire for perfection in her work,
qualified her for a label of obsessional
personality that may explain a proneness to
such situational reaction”.
The report blamed the nurses attached to
the school for not playing the
expected professional role and providing
ethical voice of reason against the perceived
‘order’ by the principal.
“I am also of the opinion that redeployment
from her present place of assignment will
provide some face-saving relief, and will
give her the opportunity to work through her
acknowledged mistakes during the crisis”
the psychiatrist further noted.
Mr. Adebowale explained that he also
interviewed the school nurse, Mrs. Makinde;
and F.A. Lapite, who is head of the
department of science, to get further
information on the character traits of the
former principal and her role in the
virginity test.
