jl115: I'm saying we don't have load shedding currently. But I just watched an interview on channels tv Nigeria about 40 minutes ago where the Channels TV presenter asked a South African presenter in South Africa about the load shedding in South Africa currently and he said: Load shedding is still terrible. He said the Eskom sometimes notify the public in some areas that load shedding would occur from 4pm everyday. The South African Presenter was being interviewed on Total's possible oil exploration in South Africa. I think South Africa has load shedding but maybe your area in South Africa doesn't have that. I have also seen a guy who lived all his life in the middle belt area of Nigeria (around Plateau) who said he's always gotten 24 hours power supply growing up until now. |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: In fact it has gotten more desperate the police department which were involved in the protests were special command police and Special Operation police and special community police. I know my people will say I am lying keep on deceiving yourself in front of the governor's house Kwara state does not control the police in their state and no state is in charge of the Nigerian police force presently in their state. Only the federal Government is in charge of police anywhere in the country, so this is definitely fake news. |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: Please I think you need to stop blaming the government. This problem has never been leadership but the Citizens are illiterate. I have been to 16 countries in Africa and 12 countries out of Africa every country which have been Nigerian people and Nigerian community will only bought for an idiot how do you blame buhari or how do you blame the Nigerian government. When I was in South Africa Botswana Namibia or Tanzania Mozambique Angola Luanda all Nigerians do they vote for criminals. It is no different with Nigerians in UK Denmark Sweden Belgium Germany France Italy and Portugal only thing the Nigerian citizens to support criminals. The more you do nothing for a Nigerian the more they support you that is the level of illiteracy of the citizen so do not blame the government. You have to look at thabo mbeki and president Rawlings what they say the government which Nigerians want is what they deserve. Please stop blaming the government. Any country in the world with 100 Nigerians and they will vote for the worst idiot it is inside their blood. You forgot the old set of the same feather flock together. Partner in crime.. . |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: How does somebody become a police officer and they are not paid salaries your lies are just becoming too much. How can somebody work for two years and not be paid a salary as a police officer even look at some of them holding their guns.. no matter what line you tell they are protesting and they are not being paid and the law in Nigeria is police officers cannot protest. This means this situation is getting very desperate in the country imagine going to work for 2 years without food for your family They are vigilantes who volunteered in Kwara state to help in the local security in Kwara state not the police force. I'm in a good mood today, so I go reply you. You know normally me I nor dey entertain mumuism . |

Ijoh: They take trillions from Tompolo people. Ijaw face the environmental degradations alone. Then a responsible Government would just solve the environmental degradation rather than paying billions in cash to a single unskilled individual. |

But aside tribal sentiments though, is this a good/sustainable move by the Federal Government? 4 Billion naira to a Tompolo? This would be great if Tompolo has some skills or is a business man and can invest in Nigeria. But paying such a huge amount monthly to a Tompolo makes me skeptical. Would he spend such huge amounts in ways that adds value to the country? |

When exactly would this rice mill be commissioned? This is what is somewhat tiring about projects in Nigeria sometimes. They just project dates from their heads on supposed completion dates but keep postponing. |

Edopesin: At least he signed the subsidy removal even though it will conveniently take effect after he has left office and with this current inflation rate, the next president will have a very difficult 12months. I actually think the next president would have it easier. |

lebuhsi: They wanted to win elections nau , subsidies have to go CNG is taking over, and PMS demand will reduce anyways. The government is actively promoting adoption I don't think it was primarily about election. I think the main concern was inflation. If they had improved electricity to reduce business operation costs, then there wouldn't have been so much worry about possible inflation spiral from the subsidy removal. |

Should Atiku and kwankwaso even be contesting this time knowing full well that power has been zoned to south based on rotational presidency.
I see Atiku and kwankwaso dividing northern votes which isn't good for Tinubu. Kwankwanso is an Igbo man. He has Igbo ancestry. |

Meanwhile, Tinubu vs Obi From this your link, this is what someone said (thebosstrevor1). No. A low debt means no economic activity is going on.
All the states with economic activities have a high debt rate.
Read your graph well.
Yobe has a debt of 1.1 billion, more lower than Anambra state, does it means yobe saved more than Anambra...hell no, its because of lack of activity going on. That is the situation of Anambra state during peter obi's timeCredit: thebosstrevor1 Do you have an answer to this? |

majamajic: U wan compare Jonathan government to Buhari government ?
Where u want make we start ? Dollar rate or insecurities ? Cost of living or fuel prices ? Dollar rate....Jonathan Government had to decrease our foreign reserves to as low as 29 Billiond dollars because the dollar rate was already on a decline from 2014. Buhari also made some bad policies and was worse than Jonathan here. But Jonathan did nothing spectacular to keep the naira really. Insecurities....It was terrible under Jonathan, BokoHaram occupied local Government Areas in Borno to the extent that we even had to bring in mercenaries from South Africa. In those days, Boko Haram bombed even UN buildings in Abuja and openly bombed churches in Kano. Buhari however, allowed Bandits to become too powerful but Buhari has reduced the Farmer-Herder crises problem. Cost of living...Buhari didn't do much. Fuel Prices...We still pay one of the lowest fuel prices presently in the world. It would be unrealistic to expect fuel to remain 65 naira. Infrastructure...Buhari has shown more political will than all PDP Government put together in terms of Infrastructure. |

TOPCRUISE: Very True. But Nigerians don't learn from every mistakes they make. They will vote them and still blame ASUU for embarking on strike. The politician who did not study abroad and whose children is not studying abroad will not be their preferred candidate at the polls What are ASUU's demands actually? On channels tv, the ASUU Chairmen says Government is capable of paying them such high amounts. Paying 1.1 trillion naira to ASUU is unrealistic. Even if Government pays that, other sectors would go on strike demanding increase. |
