Verifying your site with Google requires a free Google account. If you don't have an account already, you can sign-up for one . Google recommends you verify every version of your site . So if your website is example.com , then you'd verify: http://example.com http://www.example.com https://example.com https://www.example.com If you haven't done so already, we recommend you specify a preference whether you want visitors going to your site with or without the WWW prefix subdomain. You can find this in the Search Engine Optimization section in your Website Settings . You can use the same HTML meta code to verify the other versions of your site, so you'll only need to copy and paste the code into your control panel once. 1. Log in to Google Search Console (formerly Google Webmaster Tools). 2. Click the Add a Property button, then enter the URL of your store. 3. Click the Alternate methods tab, then select HTML tag. 4. Copy the meta tag that pops up. 5. Open the Bigcommerce control panel in a new browser tab or window. 6. Go to Settings › Advanced Settings › Web Analytics . In some versions of the control panel, this is located under Setup & Tools › Set up your store › Web Analytics . 7. In Analytics Packages, check the box marked Google Analytics , then Save . 8. Click the newly-created Google Analytics tab. 9. In Tracking Code field, paste the meta tag you copied from Google Search Console, then click the Save button. 10. Go back to Google Search Console, and click the verify button. You will see a success message, indicating your site is now verified Kindly drop a comment!! |
https://punch.cdn.ng/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Corper.jpg “I was posted to an eastern state. Those three weeks I spent at NYSC camp were the worst three weeks of my life. After camping, I got my PPA posting and guess what, I was sent to a government girls secondary school to do my service!!! I was beyond excited despite the location of the school. Dammie, d school dey 4 village but I no care, I was just happy to be a king among women (girls sha). Next, I and three other coppers went to the school to sign our acceptance letter. Dammie, the principal come say she no want any coppers oh, say coppers dey corrupt her girls too much. Small tin I for cry oh, why this woman won come turn my wine to water na? Which kain devil be dis na?. We beg tire but d woman say we dey waste time say her decision na final. I then told the woman that I got a vision that God wants me to serve in that school. She look me laff come say among all of us, na me she fear pass cuz her girls go pursue me. Wow!!!… I Don hang. But, “u look very gentle n responsible” was her next comment. I then gave her an innocent smile to cement her first mistake (she wouldn’t believe I could f**k the assistant principal). After a little brain-washing by me (trust me na), she accepted us and asked us to resume duty next week Monday…… I arrived the school on Monday morning feeling fly and ready for whatever. I was offered a table in the science lab which would serve as my office but I refused it cuz it was located at the junior section of the school. Nawa oh, wetin I dey do for Junior section when bad girls full senior section. Abeg I wan deal with mature girls jor. Lucky me, I got transferred to the senior section to teach ss1 and offered a table at an office close to ss3 class. Baba God, u too much!!. I walked into the office meant for three staff and met a female teacher who was busy and didn’t notice when I walked in. “Good morning madam” I said. Then she looked up at me and replied “Copper, Good morning. You’re welcome” Literally, my heart melted. I lost all my senses…. cuz sitting before me was the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. This woman eyes na die! Ebony skin, no make-up… even girls used to stare at her. Her name was Mrs venny. Also, I got to discover that she also had the most beautiful heart in the world. She was married and approximately ten years older than me but I still wished her husband would divorce her or drop dead … so that I could marry her. We chatted about a few things and became friends. Twenty minutes later, the bell went off and it was time for my first class. dammie, my heart dey beat like Don jazzy song, I need to compose myself well… no jonzing!. I grabbed my materials and headed to teach a class full of girls ……” Drop a comment if you need the PART 2 |
Should you take medicines to prevent disease? If the screening tests show problems, you can discuss with your HCP the actions you need to take to regain your health. They can vary from nothing, which is also called watchful waiting, to lifestyle changes and/or medical procedures such as an operation. * Mammograms - Different organizations have different guidelines as to how often women should be screened for breast cancer. Talk to your doctor about when and how often you should get a screening mammogram. * Pap tests - women should have their first Pap test to screen for cervical cancer at age 21. If results are normal and continue to be so, screening can then be done every other year. Less frequent testing may be an option as a woman gets older. * Obesity - Have your body mass index calculated to screen for obesity. BMI is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. * Cholesterol checks - Have your cholesterol checked regularly starting at age 45. If you are younger than 45, talk to your doctor about whether to have your cholesterol checked if you smoke, have diabetes or if heart disease runs in your family. * Blood pressure - Have your blood pressure checked at least every 2 years, more often as you age. Some racial and ethnic groups have a higher risk and should discuss the issue with their HCP. also read :-LATEST FREE BROWSING CHEATS FOR ALL NETWORKS * Colorectal cancer tests - Begin regular screening for colorectal cancer starting at age 50. Your doctor can help you decide which test is right for you. How often you need to be tested will depend on which test you have . * Diabetes tests - Have a test to screen for diabetes if you have high blood pressure or high cholesterol. * Depression - If you've felt "down," sad or hopeless and have felt little interest or pleasure in doing things for 2 weeks straight, talk to your doctor about whether he or she can screen you for depression. * Osteoporosis tests - Have a bone density test at age 65 to screen for osteoporosis (thinning of the bones). If you are between the ages of 60 and 64 and weigh 154 lbs. or less, talk to your HCP about whether you should be tested. * Chlamydia and STD tests - Talk to your doctor to see whether you should be screened for sexually transmitted diseases, such as HIV and chlamydia. There are also some medications that have been shown to stop or at least slow down some medical problems. they include: * Hormones - the risks of taking the combined hormones estrogen and progestin after menopause to prevent long-term illnesses outweigh the benefits. °For most couples, s*x is best at night
with the lights turned off but I really
don’t agree with that school of
thought. Morning s*x is enjoyable; it’s like having a chocolate cake for breakfast. Below are 6 reasons why morning s*x is the best 1. IT’S A BETTER SUBSTITUTE FOR COFFEE :-We all know how alert a cup of coffee can make us feel all day, well morning s*x makes you alert in a way coffee can’t. 2. YOU START YOUR DAY IN A GOOD MOOD;-The increase in oxytocin levels you get after morning s*x keeps you and your partner bonded all day long and the endorphins ensures you have a better mood. Isn’t this just lovely? 3. MEN ARE AT THEIR OPTIMUM LEVEL IN THE MORNING :- A man’s testosterone level is at its highest in the morning and that is also when his energy is at peak level too. Men also tend to last longer in the morning since they are fresh from a night’s rest. So why don’t you do justice to his morning wood? 4. YOU BURN CALORIES:- If you are too lazy to hit the gym, morning s*x would do you a whole lot of good. According to science, an hour of s*x burns almost as many calories as a 30-minute jog. It also improves blood circulation therefore reducing blood pressure. 5. IT’S A NATURAL STRESS- RELIEVERbr :-Morning s*x is a natural stress-reliever according to researchers from the University of Cincinnati and the effects can last for at least seven days. 6. GIVES YOU SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT ALL DAY :- A lovely morning s*x lingers in your thoughts all day long and it also gives you something to look forward to at the end of the day. If I haven’t convinced you enough with these reasons, I wonder what will. |
