In my opinion are useless, senseless and foolish.
We live in a capitalist world driven by enterprise, you either have this or die poor.
There's no such thing as good governance being responsible for welfare of citizenry,that is the responsibility of enterprise to provide source of livelihoods for the people that have value to add to it.
Unfortunately, Nigeria's 300m people seem to be empty upstairs ,reason their lives are in shambles and as such ,productivity declines and then you now have 300m people that want to be solely dependent and entitled to the country's meagre resources,rather than add to it.
The solution to your entitlement is actually a visionary dictatorship,talk and dissapear kind of thing.
Go and work,generate value so that the government can tax you and use that money for health care,roads,rail,general infrastructure and some few intervention programs.
That is how the USA was built,

It's this same entitlement that led to subsidies that bastardised key sectors like power,education and energy,creating saboteurs and cabals that will never allow such sectors grow because they want the status quo to remain unchanged so they keep profiteering.
The doom that all these "socialist programs" has been accruing for decades cos of the stupidity and entitlement of your fathers is now here and you're trying to put the blame on one man,
Were I that man,I will not respond to you or change anything but you will see the greatest show of force on Thursday.
Helicopter gunships hovering directly over your roofs,infantry battalions and elite commandos on your streets,APCs carrying elite soldiers trained to kill a noisy fly with a rifle from a mile away at your popular junctions,contracted mercenaries protecting national assets,navy patrolling coastal lines,shutdown Internet and power,impose nationwide curfew and DSS taking out all your social media warriors propagating anarchy and dumping them in an underground prison.
The unproductive lots will not be allowed to disturb and destroy/loot productive Nigerians in anyway,shape or form.
