Any secondary school graduate can teach B. Tech comfortably.

My secondary school (Private) our B Tech teacher was an Electrical Engineering graduate till he moved on after he got a cooperate Job.

So I see nothing wrong in his job designation.

If they have teachers who read education courses in those courses you listed do you expect them to drop them in favour of an engineer?

Yet the school I served gave me computer studies when I was better than the Maths and Physics teachers respectively.
