For those having app crashing issues after updates to "MSA(Miui System Apps) keeps stopping" issue, please try these steps:
1. Settings --> Apps --> Manage apps --> search "WebView" -->open "Android System WebView" --> Clear all data
2. Uninstall webview

I'm on Android 9 and I use Microsoft SwiftKey... clipboard works fine.

Is in android 10 that apps can't read clipboard. Meaning if for instance you use a download manager when you copy a link you have to go and add the link manually as the app won't be able to read your clipboard

What I am saying is that the dailer on your phone is made by Google not Xiaomi and they provide updates for it via Playstore. So if the call recording disappears it would be the work of Google and not Xiaomi.
