BoltSwith: Good Evening folks. Please, I need you guys to furnish me with some information. I relocated to Delta State recently. I suspect that I'm being defrauded by the postmaster that I collect items from. Back in Abuja, I usually pay #200 - #500 for items that weigh 0.4Kg or more. Last time I went to the post office to collect four items, I paid #400 for two items that weigh 0.121kg and 0.25kg respectively, I was charged #200 each for the other two items that weighed less than 0.1kg which refused to pay for. The post master said he'll keep the items if I don't pay for them. I asked for how they fix the charges for items weights and he refused to tell me, saying if I will like to know, I should come do the postmaster job myself. Due to the little information I had about going on with this case, I left the post office without my other two items. It's been three days now since this happened.
I'm really pissed of right now. I would like you guys to advice me on how to go about this matter. I will appreciate those who have had similar experience to share some light with me. I have more items inbound that weigh less than 0.2Kg, I can't keep making myself susceptible to petty fraud. I watch other customers being defrauded by this same person despite them complaining bitterly about the charges.
I do get charged for the same size. If you don't pay, worst scenario is they return your items back to China.
Personally I didn't mind paying and I built a rapport with the guy. The last item I collected he asked me to leave the money.
Unbiased1: It's still a good buy. Just make sure the phone has the following 5g bands: band 3, 7, 20 & 28. I plan buying a new phone this year cos my old Huawei P8 is acting funny and I just don't want to buy a 4g device this year. The Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5g is top of my list but, I fear the cost of the phone will exceed my budget and cross the 150k range due to it's huge Snapdragon 768G processor.
harryodilli19: I'm pretty sure that mediatek will not restrict the dimensity 1200 chipset just to china. They will release it globally as it is their best and most powerful chipset.
That logic doesn't suffice. I can see you only pry on MediaTek posts.
If their best of last year didn't leave China, don't hold you breadth too much this year.
Lekerhymes: Xiaomi Bosses in the house, please what's the difference between the India version of Redmi Note 9 pro and the normal one? Abi novice for Xiaomi. Before I go buy rubbish
Leave India and face Global Version. If not for anything absence of some LTE Bands
Elxandre: Lol. People surprise me. I think they're kind of correct when the device gets quite old though. Software updates might end up slowing it down, although I'm too itchy to not try it out. Like my brother is convinced updates killed the camera on my mi 8 but It still looks the same to me after 2 years so I don't know.
My RN5 is currently on MIUI 12 Camera is better than ever before
colorsofrainbow: Omo chai I'm tempted to do something I've not done in my life before. After watching a short review of mi 11pro,I don mad final...be like say dis one pass iPhone 12pro ooo...abeg,the fone reach 300k??
If Mi 11 is above 300k, then the you should be talking above 400k and besides the Mi 11 Pro is China only. Only the Ultra is going global at the rate of $1200
Hete: Good morning, my brother's note 7pro started tripping off and on yesterday, and the battery draining fast, now he can't use the phone without it being on steady charge because once he removes the charger the phone will go off.
What do you think is the cause and what needs to be done?
OllyFair: Absolutely, the latest Android 11 update on my ex Redmi note 9s affect the voice call, I always do hard reboot before i can hear what people are saying. I dropped the phone and embrace Apple iPhone. At least, update is sure and if there’s bug they would rectify within some weeks. Seriously speaking Xiaomi brand is good to have, but software update and ram optimization is somehow.
But that update was a beta and I dropped a disclaimer before some people went ahead to do the update anyway.
KallmemrB0: Xiaomi Has released Lots of great phone thought I have never touched any of the 10 series but the Phone that amazes me most in all the Xiaomi Phones is the Redmi Go....not even high end phones What truly amazes me is The camera on that tiny phone and the battery life.. I Don't know why Xiaomi placed a Good camera on that very low budget phone but I can Tell you... You will be surprised
Yea the Camera is quite good in good lighting conditions for an 8MP sensor.
Elxandre: Who has seen this comparison vs the S21. The poco f3 reportedly got a new update improving the camera substantially. Considering it's a three year old lens which was used in mi 9t/k20, it's quite good though. I believe we've gotten to a stage where nearly every upper midrange phone takes good pics unless you want to nitpick like the reviewers. Lol.
Unfortunately they will be leaving the smartphone market. They killed themselves initially with overpricing. Before they traced their steps it was already too late same fate as HTC
RuneKingThor: I got the update around January/February (I can't really remember when exactly) but I wasn't ready for it before I go close eye open am they don retract am, the only update I got was security update for January since then nothing else. It weak me.
error4040: Hello guys, Lately on my Note 9s I have been noticing If I use an App for like 30min then minimize the Shadow of that app would still be on the screen I had to search Google to get a name for it which is known as Screen Bleeding. Please anyone with idea on how to set this issue ?
It is Screen retention not Bleeding.
Reduce using your phone in full brightness especially under hot conditions.
KallmemrB0: Thanks Oga genius.... Trying to get a new phone and being thinking if there's a chance of 5G within 1-2yrs in Nigeria
If approvals are given MTN should be the first to roll out since they have ran some test in 3 cities in 2019. But even at that the rollout will be gradual.
