1. Disable Battery saver, at this Percentage it only drains your battery more use it from 20%

2. Both of your networks are poor like I predicted meaning more battery drain. I would advise you switch the SIM you are not using for data to 2G to save battery.

3. Bluetooth and Wifi Scanning are on disable it.
