The major issue first you consider is LTE Bands everyother thing is secondary.

You can side-load GApps even if it is not as stable as pre-installed one.

Then the themes and fonts limitations is also there.

I did that several times with no effect.. Tapping on ANDROID VERSION several times shows the image I attached earlier.. But no notification of developer options activated

Read his instructions slowly and carefully again. There was no mention of android version.

Google dailer don't support recording yet, the feature will come later this year. Due to privacy concerns from EU Xiaomi stopped using there dailers and message app on Global phones. EU are not comfortable with Chinese companies in terms of data privacy

For Phones with under display fingerprint, if you use an LCD instead of the right Amoled replacement screen, it will no longer work.

Under display fingerprint don't work with LCDs
