Front and back Camera goes to the Mi A3.

Not sure if there is an official MIUI port for the Mi A3. If there is know you have to unlock bootloader, install a custom recovery before you can proceed. But do note it won't be as stable as the main MIUI

If you are a fan of Stock Android, Sony IMX 586 48Mp sensor, Amoled display (720p) and in display fingerprint reader. Mi A3 over the RN8.

If you prefer MIUI and the features it offers RN8 over the Mi A3.

If you don't have anything against MediaTek and it's current lack of GCam support. Then the powerful Redmi Note 8 Pro (RN8 PRO) over the other two.

Well, Samsung takes better pictures. You can enhance the picture buy using gcam though. I am not a camera freak. Sorry for the accident, hope nothing happened to you. I haven't even taken a personal photo with my mi9t. You can upload the photos so the house can see, they might be of help..

Samsung don't always take better pictures. The Samsung A70 comes to mind

The pro version seems to carry all of the features you mentioned but the ordinary version will most likely be stripped of those features.... Which made me arrive at my earlier suggestion.

His version is actually the latest for EU rom. It seems the MIUI 11 update is only for the real global rom for now

RN7 Main version always receives updates earlier than the EU ROM

The Redmi Note 8 has a dedicated SD card slot.

The 128Gb of the Note 8 Pro should be sufficient for day to day use.

Why the eagerness, just be patient. You want to make your phone uncertified by Unlocking bootloader all in the name of MIUI 11 that will eventually come to your phone or MIUI11 that you will install now and you will start complaining of theme incompatibility.

Anyway unlock your bootloader and install a custom recovery and flash the EU ROM with a PC
