Did you read the replies to that?

tidedroid:
for me yes,the improvement is drastic(as expected).though i've handled a redmi note 7 for about a day and d difference is still clear.the battlechaser game was playing at 30-60 FPS depending on if u were in the overworld or in timed battles with d weather conditions also affecting FPS(this was at 100% graphics),meanwhile the note 7 was playable at 50% and my note 5 was struggling/stuttering at that 50%

Good upgrade

Any heating issues?

From RN5 to RN8 Pro right?

Deeni131:
I love xiaomi phones but I hate phones without SD card dedicated slot or headphone jack and other important features like radio etc. And moreover I hate pop up motirised camera.

I don't count SD Card and Radio as important features anymore. Since the days of Samsung galaxy S4, I lived without radio am still alive. My current phone Radio is the least most used app. As for SD Card common ones tend to slow down phones as they can't match with your in-built storage speeds so I avoid SD Cards on my phone.

Only the 3.5mm Jack I still have a bias for.

siegfried99:
How can I download them to test?..

Do they give issues?

Google them revdl and rexdl is there especially for the ones with pro versions, don't know about issues

Tiger2020:
like seriously,all xiaomi's?

Yup, they are all Xiaomi products.

EseAbed:
Okay, Thanks boss..

Can MIUI be flashed on an Android One device?

That is if their is a right port for it. But the stability is what am not sure of

Jephz:
okay sir... I don't know about this... But the people I know that got gbe update and were not beta testers and I've seen few downgrading back to miui10.

It has happened with RN5 severally the last been the android 9 upgrade, RN7 too with the MIUI11 update so it is kind of a ritual

It wasn't recalled, they usually do that to get testers whose feedbacks they would guage before releasing it. It happens alot of times.

What is the difference between Redmi note 8 and Redmi note 8T?

1. NFC
2. 18W Charger out of the box.

These are absent on the RN8 but you can get an 18W charging brick if NFC is not a deal breaker for you
