Was the phone opened and cleaned and dried by a professional the first time?

If not take it for proper cleaning. If the screen doesn't come up, consider a screen replacement

QC 3.0 is 18W

QC 4.0 starts from 27W and upto 100W via power delivery.

But even at that using a 40W charger is only 0.04Kw/HR on your meter.

Even if it shows up once you have disabled it on both Sims your phone won't send any message to your network provider for funds to be deducted.

If you read a few pages back I told people the Redmi Note 7 update was suspended and would be back within a week.

R7 stock cam
1. Normal settings
2. Saturation - high
3. GCam

You can adjust sharpness and contrast as well

You can't do anything about the status bar notification, it is because of the notch.

Hope you are not confusing status bar and lockscreen?

As for lock screen it can be enabled from notification and Status bar. Enable show on lock screen
