This is always what my network bar looks like in the attached screenshot and the best I've always come to overnight is 2percent battery drain mostly between 10pm and 4am. Don't really know what's happening though with this high cell standby

Is your data ON during this period? If no am sure it's a bug that the next update will hopefully address. But from the look of your graph, your battery is still doing very fine.

Sometimes it is caused by poor network. Yesterday night I went to sleep with 62% and woke up with the same percentage. When next you wake up check your battery gragh, take note of the network bar, if there are so many browns, then network is the culprit.
