The Poco M3 has a deadboot issue if you stubbornly buy it and it packs up don't act like you were not warned.

Battery doesn't make a phone better once again.

The Camera you posted that is focus is the Ultra wide lens.

Do a factory reset then. But if you say power button touches on its own it may be the power button flex misbehaving and not software related

Your power IC is the issue. Seems you have never restarted the device since purchase.

You are now encountering the famous Deadboot issue of that device.

If you click on the pause doesn't it unpause?

If it doesn't, clear cache and data for your system updater app and try again.

There is no rules that stated that all items ordered the same day will arrive at once.

Even if it has gotten to the post office it may not have been sorted and scanned.
