Yes as a matter of fact, they can. If a phone repairer can repair a relatively unknown coolval what is there in Xiaomi.

Google the price of all Xiaomi devices and Nokia devices and compare.

Nokia is too expensive. It's a fact. This is coming from someone that have used 4 different Nokia smartphones oo.

He is using the price of X6 which is the Chinese version to judge, if we are to go by price of the Global Version Nokia 6.1 which would be more expensive. Afterall the Chinese version with Global ROM of Xiaomi are cheaper than their global versions

- In Nigeria Nokia is a far better known brand to Xiaomi, I've been using Xiaomi now for close 8 months and I can tell you one of the bad side of using the phone is being tagged as chinko user. One of the main reason people people prefer to use a low quality iPhone to Android. Brand name is very important.


- Nokia supports the almighty very useful Glo 4G which Xiaomi does not

- Nokia is more affordable

- And with its affordability still provides competition to Note 7 that is more expensive

- Nokia has superior camera

- very easy to fix when it get broken unlike Xiaomi

- Don't want to talk about the fact that you get 6gb ram and 64gb for 55k that's a steal for that price no phone I can think of in that price range comes close not even Note 5ai

I will still repeat my statement "In some aspect Note 7 is better, in some aspect Nokia 5 is go"

Nokia X6 don't support the Glo 4G band 28, and the number of new Nokia phones that band are getting fewer by the day.

Nokia are more expensive.

Nokia have a better camera app than Xiaomi no doubts but they mostly use the same hardware source mostly from Sony, Samsung and Omnivision.

As for popularity, Nokia isn't that popular as they were thanks to their bad investment choices.

Xiaomi are more rugged than Nokia currently, my sister have changed her LCD panel twice from mild falls despite the presence of tempered glass.

Last but not the least your arguments are flawed and you still have a long way to go and a lot to learn when it involves mobile phones.

I think i agree now that the default camera can be tweaked to approximate gcam's awesomeness.
first one is gcam, other is tweaked default cam

And with time you will get to see other ways of getting the best out of your stock camera.
