I'm trying to understand how to use the other camera's on my phone (Poco M4 pro 4g).

Normally, the camera is set at default to the 64mp camera when you open the camera app to snap. But, if I want to use the 8mp or the 2ml, how do I do that.

I've searched online but, I haven't seen any instructions or video on that.

Not true. Glo has always worked on all Xiaomi devices I have used. Except if you are using a sim that is not factory cut, you may encounter issues.

Not really enjoying Google Dialer and Messages. Thinking of unlocking my bootloader and flashing from Global rom to a Taiwanese rom just to have Mi dailer and Mi message back.

So please house, is it worth the hassle? can third party apps aid the Google Dialer in proper call recording and other functions?

There are 1000 and 1 videos on YouTube on disabling google dailer announcement. Besides there are third party dailers like true phone and more.

I use Redmi Note 9 (4G, 128G)
The phone suddenly started booting and rebooting while plugged in power. If I remove it from power and try to boot it on, it will just show the boot screen and go off. Can anyone help please!

The RN10s is better. They have the same display pane RN10s has a better processor, better main camera just to name a few But if you ask me I will suggest you go for the Poco M4 Pro.

I'm sorry if my earlier response sounded rude in anyway. What I was trying to do was call more people to respond to the post, it was not to demean you in anyway.

I just want to know if note 10s is better than Poco m3. One advantage the Poco seem to have already is the 6000mah battery while the 10s has 5000mah.

I want Xiaomi fans and experts to guide me and tell me if the change is worth it or suggest another Xiaomi within that 100k range.

The only thing that Poco M3 has is battery and nothing else.

If you are on a budget it is either the RN10s or the Poco M4 Pro with Noobody offering the cheapest prices for now.

Some of you think I work for Xiaomi but it is far from that. Those that know where I work wonder how I am even still able to show my face here.

I was wondering if it's possible to disable the ability to turn off the phone while it's locked. I discovered that after waking mine up (not necessarily getting to the default landing page), I could still turn off the phone. It's a good thing if a thief can't access my control panel, but (s)he can still turn off the phone thereby making it impossible to track.

Hopefully subsequently they will add that feature.

Meanwhile I wouldn't know if any settings was tampered with in the Redmi note 10 pro. Please let me know if there's a way to find out if a setting was tampered with and which setting specifically.

I have tried to disable permission for all apps that have permission to call log except for the Phone app.

30k in the current dollar - naira rate is not significantly higher to be honest. So the RN10s is just perfect for you. Because even the Redmi 10c is marking the 100k price point. Better decide fast.

Call history keeps getting auto deleted on Redmi Note 10 pro after every 2 weeks. This shouldn't be. In Redmi note 5a prime, call history stays for years without getting auto deleted.

I still have call history of 2 years back on mine. Check if you have tampered with a setting or update your phone app.

Are you sharing hotspot on 5GHz band to a laptop with only 2.4GHz band support? If yes change your hotspot to 2.4GHz and try again.

Hope you haven't installed all this useless security apps on your phone because MIUI security won't ask you to block themes app. That link should be the full ROM and that is Xiaomi firmware host link don't know what is unsafe about it.
