This is August 2022 and The phone in question was released in Jan 2022 as an Indian Version of the Chinese Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G that was released in October 2021.

So how long does it take a phone to make its way to Nigeria or the Global Market if that is it's intended market.

Is there any way to delete or remove software update from a phone because the latest MI software update 13.0.8Stable on my Redmi Note 10 Pro is an absolute disaster.
1) Apps have been crashing anyhow, imagine when apps like Messages and Music Player are crashing
2) Sometimes the keyboard doesn't come up, I have to reboot the phone for it to come up
3) When the phone is in ultra power saving mode, I can't see incoming calls, will only hear ringtone, and have to leave ultra power saving mode to pick the call
4) A mysterious tone "icon" keeps popping up
5) Volume control doesn't work sometimes

These are the problems I can recollect at the moment

Is there any way around it?

Download full ROM and Reinstall. I have been using that same ROM for two months and Zero issues. Also update your apps if they are not up to date.

If the prompt you got for OTA is 13.0.8.0 download the 13.0.8

Got the Note 10 pro weeks back and I have been getting prompt to update. I came from the note 9s so I know well to hold off on updates.

The phone is currently on 12.5.8 and I'm getting notification to update to 13.0.8.0 (3.1GB)

Is it advisable to update to the latest build directly or go sequentially using manual process?

The back is working, but the moment I switched to front, it'll just be blank or hang or even if the shuttle button later worked, it'll just take a blank white page as the shot from the front.

Please what could the problem be, I've already tried clearing data, reseting camera app to default, updating phone. All to no avail. And the engineer said he did the camera right as he has checked again. Had to just leave as it was getting late yesterday. Pls any help
