Tony has always complained of lack of money. He is a talented dancer but didn’t know how to take his dancing to the next level. Due to his parents inability to provide him with everything he wanted, he is always angry cynical and negative. He wanted more out of life but didn’t know how to create the life he wanted until he discovered through the help of a friend that he can actually make a living as a professional dancer, he gave it a try and today he not only dancing but owns a dancing school.

Some of us are like tony that is always looking outside for success instead of looking inwards, we blame the system, the government, school and our parents for not creating the kind of life that we wanted instead discovering who we are and what we were born to do. Purpose brings fulfillment, clarity, direction and focus.it brings the right people, materials and circumstances to you.it connects you to the right environment.it makes you relevant in your world. few yeas back i went to a man i considered to be rich to ask for a little financial assistance for my school work,i knew that he has a lot of money so i went to him for a little financial assistance.

when i went there he told me that he doesn't have money for me,he said that the cash with him is for his programmer,he said to me bright i don't want to disappoint my programmer because he is doing an important work for me..i was shocked,surprised and annoyed.i pleaded,persuaded,compelled..i tried to help him see reasons with me why he should give me the cash but he insisted that the money was for his programmer..no some of it but all of it.

i lean't two things from that incident...firstly,i learnt that money is a cause responding to an effect,i learnt that people prefer to pay money to the person that will solve their problem,add value to them than assisting the needy,i found out that if i must get a rich mans money i must solve his problem,i must give him value,i must change his life.

secondly i found out that people don't get money because they need it,they get money because they deserved it,he is giving his programmer that money because he feels that the programmer is ready for the money because he is meeting his needs,but i wasn't because am not meeting a need

Few years ago my dad was very skeptical when it comes to assigning task to me in the house because he is afraid that the ask will no be done..he is afraid that i will not do it when he wants it done and i have never disappointed him because i always put it away till when i want to and i complain when i eventually do it and i don't get a thank you from my dad...

Have you been there,are you like me,do you put away what you are suppose to do today till tomorrow ?so many people are like that,they put away the tasks,responsibilities,challenges,goals and demands of today till tomorrow and they are surprised to find out that the tomorrow that they are waiting for is actually called today,they forgot that today is the most precious gift that God has given to us but what we make out of it is our responsibility.

Am not against planning for tomorrow or being futuristic but am a fan of today,i believe that the activities off today will guarantee a better tomorrow,don't allow procrastination take the better part of you,don't put away the requirements of today till tomorrow,learn how to say a thing and ensure that its done when you said you will do it,procrastination is an enemy of destiny,it steals your time and keep you in the i will level for a very long time...so do it today,go back to school today,get that training today,go for that interview today,bid for that contract today,go for that early morning exercise today,read that book today,contest for that position today,write that proposal today, talk to that lady today,help somebody today,make an impact today,change someones life today and most importantly,accept Jesus Christ today...understand that whatever you are going to be in life you are already becoming,your actions,inaction and reactions are already carving a niche for you.

chose to be a success,refuse to allow procrastination steal your time rather make the best use off your today because that is the only thing you are actually in control of.
