In 2012 the federal government approved a new salary structure for health sector CONHESS. Most state governments debated that they could not pay and this kicked off a series of industrial actions across the states in Nigeria as each state tried to negotiate for the the disparity in salaries between state and federal government health workers. Till date most state governments still pay a percentage of CONHESS based on their negotiations and agreement in their MOU

There was offer of 60% increase at the beginning of the strike which was rejected, and after 13 months the strike was called off to still accept the same 60% increase as what the government could pay.

OK I didn't know. I just sent them a message, and I'm yet to get a reply. I need something with good returns like this to roll over my investment yearly.
