Kenon1: PPR Alert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, it has ended in praise!!! To the glory of God, the “container” of my wife’s PPR just landed safely in the harbor of her email address on 10/09/2021. The feeling is better to experience than to imagine. I pray for as many who are desirous of this experience that God who did it for my wife will remember you in the name of Jesus. Amen! Frankly speaking, it has not been an easy journey but I’m glad how the good Lord has helped us thus far. The story behind this Canada dream is a very long one. I will try to abridge our story just to encourage someone here. By the God’s grace, we will surely share the full story someday. I don’t know the stage at which you are on your journey, please I want to encourage you to believe God, do your best, (Do your research, read as much as you can, ask questions where necessary. There are tremendous resources and good people who are genuine and willing to help here), be positive and hope for the best. DON’T YOU EVER GIVE UP! Background Hints: • Application for LLM (Law) admission in University of Manitoba was refused in 2014. • Canada visitor’s visa (family) application was refused in 2015. • An active Express Entry profile with CSR score of 441 which kept crashing after every birthday. • Received SINP ITA with 68 points on 03/11/20 and submitted application for nomination on 22/12/20 and nomination wasn’t forthcoming (If you are conversant with SINP process, you know it’s a story for another day). • Wife’s age is 41 years. • 12 years’ post-graduation gap. • Wife had a baby in Canada with a tourist visa. In view of obvious realities before us, my wife and I knew that only God can make this dream a reality. Therefore, we changed strategy and reconsidered the study visa route again. Timeline for study visa application Applied to MSVU for master’s degree in public relations on 04/11/2021 Received admission for master’s degree in public relations on 14/12/2020. We delayed the study visa application with hope that SINP nomination will drop (unfortunately, it hasn’t dropped even now). But we eventually made up our minds to submit our application in the second week of March, 2021 through NSE route in order to meet September Fall intake. Hence, the need for upfront medical with MBS and IELTS with hope that application will be processed faster within the 20 calendar days as promised then by IRCC. Upfront medicals in IOM Ikeja on 09/03/2021. Request for additional medical required for TB on 9/03/2021 Additional medical required done on 10/03/2021. I was not afraid of the TB test because since we got married for more than 10 years now, there has never been any case/symptoms of TB in our family. I thought the TB test result will be out in few days. But my morale was down when I was told that the test result takes about 10-12 weeks (about 3 months) to come out. That’s time for the result to be out and not for the treatment assuming the result comes out positive. She was told by one the nurses in IOM not to submit her visa application until the TB test result comes out. Somehow, when we heard the information that visa applications submitted before 15/05/21 will receive a decision by IRCC by 06/08/2021, we decided to prayerfully package our application. I reached out to Mr. Frank (@Frankrobbn1) who edited my wife’s SOP. We submitted on 14/05/2021. Study Visa application Submitted on 14/05/2021 Appointment with IOM recommended TB specialist on 10/06/2021. The TB specialist told my wife that there was nothing to worry about from the TB test result. The result was negative. Praise God. Miracle number one! Informed by IOM via SMS that her medical result has been re-submitted to IRCC on 16/06/2021. Then the deafening sileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!by IRCC. No eligibility review started. No update on biometrics from previous tourist visa application which is still valid. No ghost update. No real update. Except the standard “we are processing your background check” which has been there from the day application was submitted. If you don’t see/observe any significant movement on your application. Please, don’t be negative because behind the scene, the invisible hands of the almighty God may be pulling strings and orchestrating events in favor of your application as He did in my wife’s own. As the long deafening and worrisome silence continued and became unbearable. I reached out to Mr. Frank (@Frankrobbn1) who advised that my wife should start sending incessant emails to IRCC Web form-Nairobi, lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca and nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca for an update on her application. Medical examination passed on 10/09/2021 PPR container landed safely on 10/09/2021 Appreciation: Firstly, we give all glory and honor to the great and awesome God, the King of kings and Lord of lords who made it to end in praise. I want thank everyone for input on this platform. Special thanks to Madam Faith (@Faithyyyyy) for your support and your role in connecting me to Mr. Frank (@Frankrobbn1) whose professional touch/reviews on my wife’s SOP/application was phenomenal. Congrats it will go round |

frankob: Just going through my LOE that I submitted I discovered I only mentioned I am married with a son that is because my daughter was not born when I wrote the letter but I included her in family information form and added her birth certificate. My daughter was born on 23rd of August and I have prepared my letter weeks before her arrival and I submitted my application on 27th of August. Does this mean anything? Or nothing to worry about. I just discovered now cox I was so busy with hospital runs and visa application. Na now my eye clear. I will advise you update IRCC by sending the birth certificate of your daughter through webform. |

And that's if you not fully vaccinated 14 days before your travel date. Eg if you took your last dose of 1st of July then, you will deemed as fully vaccinated on 16th July. If I were you I will add another 3 days to it even 4 days. I hate stories
Guys I will advise we update ourselves with travel advice on travel.gc.ca. Also check on the Province of territory you heading to. Take your time and read through what they saying covid19/Self-isolation /Quarantine. Ok thanks for the correction |

Thaiy: I just got a feedback on my deferral letter. I requested a readmission to fall semester, 2021 which has begun.
My request has been approved, and my deferral letter annulled, a new LOA with continuance for fall semester, 2021 is being worked on, should get it in the coming days.
I will receive lectures online for the time being while I make my travel arrangements.
Waiting till next year September is a long time
Should you get visa approval after deferring your admission, and is not sure of resuming in Winter or Spring. Reach out to your school, explain the new situation you are faced, ask if the deferral can be revoked and your admission reprocessed to fall 2021.
It will end in Gid's praise and your favour. Wow go n prosper in canny land |

Please when did you complete your biometrics? I want the date please.
IRCC stated on their website that they start processing application when biometrics is completed. I don't think they are right. Someone on this thread who submitted application in may but did biometrics in June was approved. You can't predict IRCC |

Yeemmy: PPR ALERT
Application submitted: May 7 Biometrics completed: May 17 Request letter: May 14 Responded via webform: June 1 Responded via NSE platform: July 5 (uploaded Letter of Explanation with letter of English proficiency, and updated personal bank statement). Upfront medicals: June 1 Medicals passed: June 7 BVL: September 1 PPR: September 3
Documents submitted: CV Recommendation letter from my academic supervisors (1st and 2nd degree)—Both hammering on the need of my proposed PhD program and how it would greatly benefit Nigeria. Certificates and transcripts. Letter of support from my brother (He expressly noted the amount he transferred to my account, 2M). Letter of Attestation from my parents. Picture with my parents (recent). Land documents (Agreement).
POF: Funding Letter. Personal bank statement (4 months, with history of 3M). Brother’s bank statement (4 months, foreign account). Brother’s pay slip.
The wait was really daunting and exhausting. At some points, I was overwhelmed and doubting my application - It was after I submitted my application I join this thread, then, I began to raise webforms and SHOOTING EMAILS to Nairobi to further fine tune my application based on the recommendation and advice from the gurus here. More so, I PRAYED AND FASTED so that the VOs should overlook my mistakes
As at this time last year, I cant imagine that I could be at this level, in fact, I was about giving up on scholarship after receiving several love letters from Professors. Then, I give it another trial this year—I am heading to UBC for a PhD program with funding. (B.Tech 2014; MSc 2019).
To God be thy glory. Great is thy faithfulness.
To all PPR Hopefuls: You will get it very soon by the grace of God—Your labour will not be in vain. The mercy and the favour of God will envelope your application. God in His infinite mercies will cover your mistakes and color your efforts. The joy will go round. We all testify to the goodness of God and his name will be magnified. He will surely come through for everyone. He’s a faithful God: He thou has promised; he’s faithful and will make it happen very soon. It is well!
Thank you Everyone, God bless you WHAT GOD CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST!!! Congrats it will go round |

Mconcept: I will do a new thing , now it will spring forth , shall you know it .I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the dessert . SAITH THE Lord of Host .
Abasi enyenubuene has picked my calls and answered my prayers.
Way Maker , miracle worker, has done it for me. You are too faithful to fail me You are to faithful to disappoint me , you've proven your self in my life and i' ve come to realize that you are too faithful to fail me .
It has finally ended in praise.
INDEED WHAT GOD CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST.
Men may not understand how far you 've brought me .
The only weapon I used to bring down my PPR is Faith , Fasting and Prayers.
Esther declared a fast , Jehosaphat declared a fast . I fasted endlessly dry fasting .
My application was not the regular but God broke protocols to favor me .
If you are yet to declare a fast , please do so .

From this very platform, I met a wonderful man, Uncle Frank (Frankrobbn1). He was responsible for the entire application process starting from advising me on the right course of study to securing admission and then my study visa application. He was very clear and professional every step of the way. I truly appreciate his support as I could not have done it on my own. I paid him for his services and I saw the value of every penny I paid for. For those of you in doubt, I can assure that Uncle Frank (fandrglobal.com) and his team are the very best experts when it comes to Canadian Immigration matters.
The SOP was drafted , well worded by Uncle Frank the amazing. Thanks for the patience
For those whose application is still pending and those who are yet to start, I wish you all the very best.
It has ended in praise! Congrats it will go round |
