It's really not a good idea, the courts have declared him "wanted", not " guilty" those terms are not interchangeable in law. They should push for trying him in absential not sieze properties if they're wise. There are legal repercussions to such.

Really, you talk like you know Law but you have just said absolute nonsense. So what happens to someone that has been charged to court and has failed to appear in court more than once? Is that not enough reason to confiscate his properties?
If he was innocent of the charges brought against him why is he scared of proving himself not guilty before the court of Law.

From what you have said, if a criminal is charged to court and refuses to show up, the court should fold their arms because he hasn't been proven guilty yet.

I really cry for the way people think in our nation.
