Rubbish post from a flat-headed Akpu-chopper!!

Same way they complained and still voted overwhelmingly for ACN... Real Lagosians know that a visionary leader like Fashola is‎ what's needed in Lagos so even while they may complain b'cos of his seemingly harsh policies, they know he has their best interest and such policies will end up being for their benefit in the long run.

God Bless Fashola

Fashola 2015.... Let's go there!!!

wink
Even SW will not vote for him, they are already tired of ACN. Viva Nigeria!

PoliticsRe: Do Nairalanders Prefer PDP To APC by Geomac: 5:33pm On Mar 01, 2013
ba7man: You're likely to find out the Nairalanders criticizing ACN or APC are from the Eastern part of Nigeria. They tend to support PDP because they have a larger followership and presence there. PDP has no presence in the West so we tend to lean toward ACN.
That is not completely correct PDP still have presence in the SW. Just wait and see PDP will boot out ACN(APC) out of Lagos come 2015. Do you think Lagosians are smiling?
PoliticsRe: Do Nairalanders Prefer PDP To APC by Geomac: 5:30pm On Mar 01, 2013

miiraaj: The op may be right especially in the states he mentioned. The north is still relatively peaceful especially since the death of Gen.Azazi (Just an observation ooo). The only places that is still "HOT" is maiduguri and Yobe, and they are not as hostile as people from other parts of the country think.
You are absolutely correct.

PoliticsAchaba (Okada) Banned In Minna, Replaced With Tricycles by Geomac(op): 10:32am On Feb 27, 2013
Niger State Governor Dr Muazu Babangida Aliyu has announced the ban on the use of the commercial motor cycles in the state capital, Minna, just as he purchased 1,000 tricycles for intra-city transportation to replace the motor cycle operation.

Aliyu made the announcement yesterday while launching the tricycles at the trade fair complex Minna. He said that the ban had become imperative in view of the prevailing security situation, especially in the north.

Aliyu said most of the security breaches in the north were mostly done using the motorcycles, popularly known as Achaba.

While saying that the ban of Achaba in Kano has attracted most of them to the state, he noted that those presently operating in the state had been given three weeks to clear out.

“Every day I get a report that more than 40 motorcycles were coming into the state capital through Sarkin Pawa from Kano because of the ban there;, now from FUT Minna to Gurusu, Chanchanga to Maikunkele the motor cycles have been ban. We are giving them three weeks to wind up,” he said.

He disclosed that each of the tricycles were purchased at the cost of N624,750 and would be sold at subsidized rate of N400,000 each to the operators to ease the effect of the ban on the commercial motorcycles in the state capital.

You stand a lot to lose:
The man has given you accommodation so he has leverage.
Take the offer, prove your worth then when the chips are high,
your those chips to bargain.

thorpido: I hope there won't be pressure on the wife at some point to change especially the kids.
I have not noticed that because i see them everyday. They are happy always. The only thing is that, my friend told his wife before marriage that she should not tell him to change his religion and none of her church members should preach to him.
