Yes they are breaching the law. That's why facebook, google and some other social media are fined by regulators in both the US and EU, on a regular basis. We all need to mind whatever we post online. Cos no one is anonymous again

Correct. Through ads and selling of people's private data. They sell all the information they can get about you when you register or chat or update your profile. Any information they can mine, they sell to data analytical lol
