I saw the video to the end. I believe the limo was to convey him from the tarmac to the main terminal where he will enter the SUV provided for him by the church. Even if he entered a private jet, it would have been hired. He doesn't have a private jet. |

wip7: Rapid detection of pathogen and food toxins
Here, we are developing rapid and low-cost (2$) electrochemical sensors for detection of pathogen and food toxins for a start-up company producing food and related products.
The sensor is capable of detecting food toxins even at trace level and 8 various pathogens commonly find in spoilt or affected food products. The performance is 99% comparable to time-consuming and expensive procedures. Shelf-life is expected to be 1 year.
Researchers: research work is carried out by Wip7 and two doctorate students.
Research for: A new start-up company interested to rapidly and cheaply monitor their food products.
The sensor is made up of mixed-metal oxides-based material and it cost us to 1$ for fabrication and to be sold for 2$. Congratulations boss. More power! |

yazga:
why? The Nigerian Stock market is very volatile and poses a greater financial risk to your investments than real estate and besides you have no control over your stocks unlike real estate where you can control the price of your rental income. Happenings in... Let me say China or Europe or America, can have a negative impact on the Nigerian stock market. Wars, disasters, economic strife and political instability occuring far away can prompt major investors to withdraw their cash from the stock market, and if money is removed from the stock market, there would be a crash. Lastly unstable government policies can wipe out your investment in a minute. In my own opinion; I will go for investment I have control over, be it real Estate or any other form of investment but not stocks again. If you insist on going ahead with stocks, do well to educate your self properly before venturing into it. |

eduj: love this thread of yours ,it would do wonders for many people out there.
Just finished my service early this year, served at a big company but because of covid-19, we couldn't be retained by the company (at least I got a year of professional engineering experience under my belt). A month or so before service ended,my roomie convinced me to startup a little something he was doing, I did it and thanks to God, even though It wasn't easy early on and we have had losses, I think that it saved me during the worst of the covid-19 crisis.
I agree with you totally. My people ,we all know the reality as in job hunting in the country. Before one gets out of the uni or secondary school,I will advice one to horn a skill or a good business plan and please surround yourself with peeps who have a vision. . A fellow corp member (my roomie)who served with me acquired electrical installation skill before he was even done with his HND program. That guy today has secured and is executing a contract for full electrical wiring of two duplexes in two different states,he is also a contract staff (electrician) of a construction company in Nigeria.By next month,he will be opening his own electrical store .
Most firms in the country are slave dealers-the take up all your time and yet pay you just enough to keep your head above the tide. Worst are the private schools and indigenous firms. To truly be a man of your own, you have to achieve financial independence.
Am talking from experience, even though my financial condition isn't rock solid, I at least have learned very important life lessons and, I wasn't in a critical situation during most of the covid-19 situation. I also have more room to manoeuvre my future in a direction I want it to go-with God's help of course Great line of thought. The future is only bright! |
