Rentals is the best for me. I can rent any device I have for passive income and also rent some of my working tools. Then being a landlord also brings in cash flow for investors. As for me I sell water from my borehole to my neighbors for little cash flow on a monthly basis. I don't pump and I don't go there since the property hasn't been developed fully, but the borehole is already constructed fully. There are many passive income ideas out there all what we need do is think and grow rich
