your fuel tank is equipped with 2 flaps at the entry points to avoid a spill If vehicle flips or is in the wrong orientation.
Presently the second flap is holding that straw in place. To release it use a cloth hanger to slide down the tank fill passage then tug the straw

Please I need your advice . Any time I park the car and start the car to move, the gear knob is always stiff until I press the button above "P".
