Fill separate DS160 forms for both of them and then go ahead and schedule an appointment using the principal applicant's profile. Either you or wifey will be required to accompany them to the interview, whoever goes should have your both passports/valid visas with him/her, depending on whom they are traveling with though (if only one parent is on the trip, his/her passport with the valid visa should suffice).
