That gives Niger all the freedom in the world to refuse the pipelines. I guess morroco's angle is that it wants the pipeline to go through its land, not Algeria's.

But again, Nigeria doesn't have the military might to play these geopolitical games. Russian military can mess up Nigeria without even leaving its country. And NATO will only be happier to see Russia waste its munitions on Nigeria, rather than on some blond and blue eyed Ukrainians.
