That is why I didn't say anything which wasn't backed by eyewitness written documents whereas the usual tribalists were just repeating their ethnic propaganda without substantiation. You are just proving my point, you don't understand what history actually is, like most Nigerians including so called Nigerian "historians". |

Why do Nigerians suck so much at history? If you are a Nigerian, then please be aware that you are probably terrible at history, and this includes Nigerian "historians". Stop acting as if you mastered the field of history, you didn't. Look at people talking so casually about what happened thousands of years ago as if they were there to witness it. |

WriteerNig: ⚡“Ukrainian tax could be the answer”
Germany proposed increasing income tax for Germans in order to raise funds to help Ukraine.
“The German government should increase income taxes for Germans so that the country can support Ukraine,” said Monika Schnitzer, a member of the economic council under the German government.
According to her, special events require special measures.
“Solidarity with Ukraine by introducing an income tax surcharge for military aid would be a possible response to this challenge,” she stressed.” Democracy doesn't allow for forced taxes to help other countries. Germany still operates a dictatorship. |

ExudeLoveToAll: Which coup? Those who did the revolution aren't they Ukrainians? Don't Ukrainian have rights to seek alternative Governance in their country? All the coup that had happened in Russia what has that has to do with Ukraine?
You are saying the Ukrainians don't have right to revolt and usher in another government they so wish to just as Russians have been doing for centuries isn't it?
Russia has no right to intervene in Ukrainian internal or domestic affairs, Russians coup one can't even count it. Do they even do elections in Russia? Anything goes as to selection of leaders in Russia and why will the Ukrainians be different.
That denuclearization agreement which they truncated had led others always feel insecure because Russia can't be trusted to keep its own treaty it enters. The NATO alliance has been there for it's member state why won't Finland and Sweden join?
Russia can only bark mutually assured destruction for enemies MAD enshrined in article 5 of NATO treaty won't allow them to do the unthinkable. 1. Then Russia did a deal with Ukraine France and Germany to stop all that rubbish, it was called Minsk agreement. After signing, Ukraine did not implement and its western allies supported its behaviour. Then that agreement fell apart, then Russia did an other agreement, Minsk 2, Ukraine did not implement once again and its western friends supported that behaviour. 8 years of Ukraine violating all agreements and doing genocide against Russians, and then claiming to soon get nukes and join NATO ! When Russia finally acts, out of a sudden, it is Russia which breaks agreements 😂🤡

Copy and paste without knowledge. You don't even know what is NATO.
Finland having seen what Russia did to Ukraine, decided to join NATO to protect their country from Russia. Even Putin can't be dumb like you to invade Finland. Finland did not join NATO to protect itself. It did it to spite Russia. Finland used to be a part of the Russian empire. After which it had a war with the USSR, then it joined the Germans in WW2 to fight the USSR again. When the USSR won, it could have annexed Finland, but it refused and instead went into an agreement with Finland, the agreement was neutrality. Finland broke that agreement out of spite and love for Nazi ideology and stupidity. There was no problem between Russia and Finland before Finland started acting crazy for blond and blue eyed super Ukrainians. |

dangermouse: You should have known better what it takes to I NB an army over in Europe and America.
What you type here got me and my colleagues laughing out loud. I had to show then what you just typed.
Wel I don't know your field of of study but I can tell you for free that even though most combatants didn't have circular education as you might say but we ar best at what we do.
Do yo know what it takes to operate the submarines, nuclear and otherwise?
Do you know the training involved in being a combatant of those nations under the E.U?
It supersedes every other education you as a non combatant in same discipline .
Lets not argue about that.
I went to a circular university and its a different ball game in the military. How typical. I actually passed the selection to be a cadet in the French military academy (St Cyr). Nope, military training does not in any way "supersede" university curriculum. The fact you believe the contrary makes me think you actually never got to a proper university with a decent curriculum. I am a mathematician (more precisely a logician). Militaries send their officers to universities all the time. You really don't know what you are talking about. You probably confuse high school with university. If you were ever in any army, you were definitely not an officer, you lack too much exposure and knowledge. You talk like the typical grunt. Edit. It also seems that you believe every EU soldier operates "submarines nuclear or otherwise". Perhaps you said this while thinking I were gullible, perhaps you actually believe it and therefore you were never a soldier in the EU and if you were a soldier, it must have been in a terrible military filled with ignorant soldiers. Sailors on submarine have their specific training to conduct their specific tasks. I don't see how you compare the specific skills (they are many) of different submarine operators to the skills of university graduates in fields which have nothing to do with operating a submarine? I guess you don't even know that it is civilians who build those submarines. You need to stop playing video games and get yourself an education. |

dangermouse: You are a Nigerian too so you are culpable.
As a combatant who has seen actions in the field(not in Nigeria), I tell you for free. Do your research. Current Ukraine dominated the old U.S.S.R in terms of army generals and military expertise QED Except I was educated in Europe right from primary school and unlike most Nigerians, I actually know what the word history means, it is taught seriously in Europe and I was a good student. Also, in Europe, they not only teach history, they teach how to research history as well. Nigerians don't even know researching history is a thing. Dude, I am very passionate about Russian History and I can tell you that what Ukraine dominating the USSR in terms of military (as you stated) is complete nonesense. Notice that instead of providing evidence, you are directing me to look for evidence. And you having combat experience is completely irrelevant mate. It could be relevant if a war broke out, then yes, you would be the man, but in all other life situations and in intellectual exercises, your combat experience is completely useless. I don't think you were an officer (if your claim of having combat experience is true), because you don't know strategy well enough. |

shoodboi2: It depends on the military. But most militaries these days including the US and Israel allow Colonels to command brigades and Lt Cols to command battalions. Nigeria too is slowly following this tradition with Colonels being given command of brigades.
Brigadier Generals are often staff officers and assistants to Major-Generals. I once attended a selection to become a cadet, they made us cram these useless things. For some reason, these things are still in my memory. I guess you are right, but what I said is what the French army made me cram. |

It seems to me that brigades are commanded by brigadier generals ( hence the name "brigadier" ) and battalions are commanded by colonels.
Lieutenant colonel is to colonel what second lieutenant is to lieutenant.
Battalion: colonel Brigade: brigadier general Division: major general Army: lieutenant general group of armies: general |
