Yes you can but alternatively you can ask your sch to send the Hardy copy to ministry of education, you can go 8 floor pick it and proceed with authentication.
That's the best approach, sometimes some sch do watermark "student copy on the transcript, which make it difficult for some embassies to collect it.

Official Transcripts can only be sent to the official addresses of the Registrar on an equivalent academic institution,Dean of Postgraduate School of an equivalent academic institutions, Scholarship Boards and Embassies.

don't think Ministries fall in that category

just don't know if Austria embassy have issue with student copies

I am an ex student of unilag. I applied to a school in Europe, when I was required to upload my Transcripts I mailed the school informing them that my transcripts is not available to me to upload
so I was given a courier mail address to address it to from unilag

How Unilag Student Transcript? Can someone proceed with that

Well it depends on what you really want. As someone who stays in Germany and visit Poland frequently, i'll advise you keep chasing your WES if you have something doing in Nigeria. Poland best suits someone who is young and intends to use the country as stepping stone. by young i mean early/mid 20s.

Reasons:
Salaries are low in Poland, just a little higher than a working professional in Victoria island. I also don't need to remind you their citizens will always come first when it comes to getting a jobs.
