Taking Us back to the time of Solomon! Two men has been taken to the police custody in Wari Delta state, after fighting over the ownership of a 5months old baby..
Ajayi Tosin and Kesiena Tito are arguing over who owns baby Emmanuel Omkhode Ajayi, delivered by an 18-year-old girl named Blessing Iroroteh.

Narrating the issue Tosin Ajayi, a 23year old barber said him and Blessing having be dating since 2015 before she delivered a bouncing boy this year, 2017 in his house, and that he did the naming as well as dedication ceremony in the presence of her mother who later whisked her (Blessing) away to the home of Kesiena Tito as the owner of the baby.

According to him after his arrest he was forced by Kesiena’s family to say that he was not the father of the baby at the Police Station, And that they tried to bribe him with 100k “they even said I should swear affidavit” but I rejected it.

“I am the owner of the baby. I don’t want to sell my child. They should go ahead with the DNA but that other man should pay for it.” he added

On Kesiena Tito Part, he said himself and Blessing, having been dating since 2013, but that they broke up months back just before she gave birth.

He insisted that he is the owner of the child saying, The baby is my own.”

Blessing Iroroteh the lover girl in the middle of the 2 men said that she left Kesiena’s house to Ajayi’s house because she felt he (Kesiena)will not accept the pregnancy and the baby.

The Police at the Area Command in Warri has ordered that DNA be carried out to ascertain the true owner of the child or that the matter be referred to court.

Never Knew His an Ashmatic papay..

Nigeria Senate President Bukola Saraki in a statement released on Monday, and made available to Ebiwalismoment.com has declared the Proscribing of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and the Nigerian Defense calling them a terrorist organisation Unconstitutional.

In the statement Saraki said due processes must be followed in accordance with the law before such declaration can have effect.

Read the statement emailed to ebiwalismoment.com in full:
“I also wish to state that the announcement of the proscription of the group known as Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) by governors of the south-east states and the categorisation of the group as a terrorist organisation by the Nigerian military is unconstitutional and did not follow due process,” the statement read.

“Our laws make clear provisions for taking such actions and without the due process being followed, such declaration cannot have effect.”

Appealing for calm and Nigerians, Saraki called on all Nigerians to come together and find the right solution to the problem rather than worsening the crisis.

“Our brothers and sisters in the south-east, in particular, should continue to maintain peace and tranquillity and go about their lawful business. This crisis will not benefit anybody but would only expose innocent people to unwarranted danger,”

“At this point, Nigerians outside the south-east who have worked to ensure that the crisis does not spread to other parts of the country deserve our commendation. I, therefore, call for continued efforts to sustain peace, unity and stability in all our communities so as to ensure that all residents, no matter their religion, tribe and creed remain protected and safe under the law.

“We must commend the military for their efforts in restoring peace to different parts of the country and sustaining the unity of the country.

“However, in the face of provocation, the military should allow themselves to be guided by their training which emphasises respect for human rights, even in war. Also, giving the nature of this particular situation, the military has every reason to be hesitant in the use of force.”

The nation’s number three citizen also revealed the plan of the national assembly to embark on a “fact-finding mission” to the south-east.

“I want to also make it clear that the national assembly intends to embark on a fact-finding investigation aimed at determining what actually happened during the period of the military exercise in the south-east. We want to be able to sift the facts from the fiction and determine who did what. It is quite clear that all the facts are not yet known. We assure Nigerians that there will be no cover up. We intend to lay the facts bare.

“We want to remind Nigerians that the reason for embarking on constitution review by the national assembly was to enable us look into issues that are agitating the minds of Nigerians and creating tension among us. We have promised that the exercise would be continuous.

“We intend to keep that promise by further taking decisions that would strengthen and improve on our structures. The eighth national assembly, on resumption, will play its constitutional role by addressing all those issues that are agitating the minds of our people and over which they feel so strong.”

In an effort to be rich, a Nigeria man identified as Ikenna has gone heavily mad in Malaysia, An ebiwalismoment.com reader also his friend who sent in the photos and videos said they were all sitting at a Hotel bar in Punchong Province, Malaysia when he suddenly stood up, stripped completely naked and jumped into the swimming pool.

Security operatives at the Hotel rushed out and tied him up, In the video he could be seen struggling with them and shouting.

He could be heard saying:
'I am a murderer, tie me, tie me, i kill people, am a black man, kill me oh, kill me oh..
He also mentioned a man named ''Jerfrey''.

Ebiwalismoment.com also gathered that this is his first trip to Malaysia, he's been there for only 3months, before he went exclusively mad yesterday, September 14th.

His friend who begged me to keep him anonymous, said Ikenna had always boasted that he will never return to Nigeria the same way he left, that he must return with money at all cost..

The Lagos state Police command has arrested a farmer named Usman Jubril, for allegedly vandalising a solar energy system installed in Badagry, Lagos State. The drunken suspect was apprehended by operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps after he slept off at the scene of the crime. Jubril later confessed to the crime.

He, however, said he acted under the influence of alcohol. The father of two explained that he had gone to have fun on the premises of the school on September 2, after selling his goods.

He said,
''I bought three bottles of gin and went with them to the school to watch a football match. I drank everything and took 500ml tramadol. In drunken stupor, I threw a stone at the glass housing the solar system and it broke.

I went inside the facility and slept off. I smoke Indian hemp, but that was the first time I would take alcohol. It was the drink that affected my faculty. I didn’t even know how I got to their (NSCDC) custody.”

The NSCDC Commandant in Lagos State, Tajudeen Balogun, said men of the command had received several complaints about the vandalism of solar energy facilities in some public schools in the state.
