Please how do I ensure that my lo is getting the needed nutrients for his growth...he is 7 months nd won take cereals. He takes yellow pap but refuse it if I add formula. But he eats adults food dt we take nd sucks breast well. Do I just bone all day formula nd cereals? Please ,educate me on how to go about this.

I tried to totally bone cereal and formula cuz my baby is like this too, but I always go back. What I do is to give her more of this to eat when she's going to creche, or when someone else is babysitting, she takes it from them with no issues, but when it comes to me or her dad, two spoons and she'd start spitting it in our faces.

Have you tried irish potatoes? Here is the recipe and i think you can use it for sweet too.

Peel the Irish potatoes and cut into little cubes, add a pinch of salt, smoked fish/already cooked blended chicken, place in a pot and bring to a boil.
In a seperate pan, put in a little coconut oil or butter or red oil, add already grated onions, scarcely blended tomato and half a pepper and stir fry. Then add the sauce into the irish potatoes and leave to get cooked.

Sometimes, I add cooked green peas or grated carrot. As the spirit leads.

For a nice aroma, you can add little fresh curry leaves.
