Reno Omokri challenged anyone to debunk his statement that poverty level doubled in Anambra during Peter Obi's tenure as Governor of Anambra state. He offered a prize of Naira equivalent of 10,000 dollars.

A twitter user has debunked the claim by Reno Omokri and Reno has not responded since 2024.

Now notice how Reno Omokri didn't mention poverty level doubled this time around. He is now saying it was a 29.7% increase.

Please how is 53.7%- 41.4 %= 29.7%?

Tinubu was governor from 1999-2007.
From the NBS report of 2003-04 when Tinubu was still governor, poverty rate in Lagos was 69.4%.

Therefore;
53.7 - 41.4/41.4 × 100/1 I.e; 12.3/41.4 × 100/1 =29.7%

I read what many ignorant people who quoted me said.The SW keep repeating what Buhari said about SE states in election because he came from a place that has voting strength.
What is SW voting Strength .In 2015 Buhari came with 12.2 million votes from North and the SW added just 2.4 million votes and still they tell themselves they made Buhari president. How was it possible. Nobody can really be a president without winning a region from South or North. It doesn't mean u have voting strength.
In 2023 election BAt got 2.5 million plus votes only from SW and obi got about 2 million from SE. The total BAtT vote for SE/,SW was 2.67 million while obi got 2.8 million for SW/SE.
So igbos voting strength in nigeria is not about SE states. So what is really SW voting strength they make noise here.
When 2026 comes u will all understand. What Igbo's needs is the northerner coalition. The only coalition that will benefit the igbos is the one that will deliver Regional Government (allowing regions to manage their own resources) and ADC coalition won't give you that. What do you know about voting strength? You think it's only igbos that gave Obi those votes in SW? Orji kalu has given you guys the hint, be a people of WISDOM not NOISE MAKING.
