For me
1. You must be outspoken/eloquent
2. Always intervene for people positively
3. Always dress neat
4. Dnt always beg for meal rather always provide for people
5. Carry people along at all times when necessary

To me these are the qualities that will make people see you as a leader

Am looking for any company or individual that needs land for agricultural purpose or other business. My dad has acres of land just dormant though he uses part for subsistence agriculture. Please if you know any company or institution that needs land for any use you can help me out. The land is available for LEASE/RENT but he can decide to sale some portion if the second party wishes.

Cross Rivers has many developed metropolis, city

For me shall there is no reason what so ever while a sibling will decide not to help his/her sibling or family.
