You need to check if the cyst has resolved, you need to also know what particular hormone is off/not balanced so you know the best approach to follow, but give yourself another week to confirm if you are truly not pregnant, cos sometimes ovulation can change, especially if you are not tracking it

I don't know herbs but in general there are supplements you can get that helps to regulate hormones and help boost overall fertility, the ones I have used and can attest to.
* Omega 3 fish oil ( not cod liver)
* CoQ10
* Pregnacare conception or original
* Folic acid

For the cyst, you can try castor oil pack massage. Check youtube

Also doing some walking exercise, 30 mins 3 to 4 times a week and make sure you are not stressed just relax and remember to commit everything in God's hands in prayers.

Hormonal imbalance, was placed on some drugs now that l have finished with that period has ceased.
Was given primolut N by gynecologist it came out, ran the following month as for this month no show and am not pregnant.

Ur baby o, if u stop breastfeeding him on d affected breast ,u will feel more pain but all u need to do is to extract d breast milk n dispose,so u can have some relief, u will be fine.

He's been having boils since his 9_10weeks.
If e get who infect me na him.

For others reading silently, breast milk is still ok with the boil, doc said no wahala, just that the pain is sweet.
I actually cried today, baby stopped sucking and was looking at me, told him to go gently at it and he obeyed.

It takes a while b4 it dries off, give d antibiotics time to do its work internally, externally lut shea butter on d affected area or palmoil so dt d pulse in boil can soften n drain out painlessly.... U said ur son hav boil on his mouth too... I tink u shld not feed ir baby d breast dt is affected to suck... Giv him d right breast instead.... Pls my son doesn't have boil on his mouth, l was trying to describe the kind of rash that comes and some of them changes to boil on his body.
The rashes have pus on the mouth is what l meant.
As for my son his fine now, no more boils.
I will do as u have advised, just that breastfeeding him on that breast is heavenly.

Pumping is very tiring not to talk of exclusive pumping to feed.i use electric, double one sef and it is still so uncomfortable. Pls gather strength and try d syring, hopefully he will take breast afterwards.i can't even imagine pumping n pumping

Pls l want to ask a question cos am in severe pains.
My baby is 3 months and almost two weeks, last week Tuesday, l started noticing pain on my left hand breast but didn't pay attention to it cos sometimes I feel like that after oga has finished breastfeeding.
Fast forward to Sunday evening. The pain became constant l had to check on the breast to know exactly where the pain was.
I found out it was at my areola, just before the nipple, hubby touched it, it had a little lump, he said it was boil ( meanwhile my baby is seriously suffering from boils and rashes with pus on the mouth, doc said too much heat l should open him up, the guy is so big, he has a lot of folds and always sweating). I wonder how l will have boil there, googled and was told cos am breastfeeding, it will clear on its on, problem now is lump is getting bigger and pepperish when anything touches it and it is hot am taking ampiclox for two days now but no result pls any body with this experience?
What do l do baby is still breastfeeding. Thanks
