I don't understand my own again. Attempted delivery since 23rd July yet when I call and go to check the post office says they have nothing with that tracking number.

I have opened dispute and Aliexpress is insisting it is in my local post office. I have contacted different staff of Nipost and they all said the same thing: it is not in their system.

Mine is also being held by customs in Lebanon.
Egrow store is begging me not to open dispute that the package will soon be delivered.

They also said I can open dispute in 22days time(my buyers protection ends in 23days time) to apply for refund stating "logistics" as the reason since the shipping method used is aliexpress standard shipping.

Bluboo official store is doing same to me, paid for am item since 28th of April, they shipped out on d 15th of may, till now, tracking is saying delivered to airline, I tried tracking the item on other sites, it's showing dat the tracking number isn't available but it's only on aliexpress I'm seeing dat tracking, messaged d guy, he said I should chill, so I'm chilling, Na 10 days I go give am befor I open dispute

Then show it to Egrow via message

I have sent Egrow a message indicating that I want to open dispute.

They replied saying that they will tell the shipping company to deliver quickly and that I should have patience.


They tracked it and it also showed that it got to destination post 26th May.

I hope they are not trying to be wise by buying time before my buyer's protection elapses.

I got My m8 and m8 pro in two weeks

I also ordered from Egrow since 7th April. They claimed to have shipped it on the 12th of May. I used the Aliexpress tracking feature and it shows that the phone arrived Nigeria since 26th May.

I went to PH post office yesterday as you suggested and they said my tracking number is not in their database.

They said it means it hasnt arrived Nigeria. I'm highly confused. Did Egrow send a fake tracking number? What do you advice I do?
