That's not right...he's a crook...

U will have to try and engage the school...that the person that paid on ur behalf was a money payment agent.......and crediting him back might cause the money to be lost as he was only someone u engage his services through online sources

Just ask if they can kindly allow can u submit ur own domiciliary account reading the name of the student....

You paid the equivalent of 3500 in naira...if he doesn't want to pay pounds he should pay the current equivalent of 3500£ in naira .. he's a crook..

Or get someone's UK account...and tell him to pay what back what the school refunded to him....

He said he will only give us the amount we paid for school fees in naira as at last year in naira. We don't know what to do because the school may not accept another account.

Hello, good day all. Someone based in Uk paid school fees (3500pounds) for my family member last year. He paid with the exact exchange rate as at then, (Black market). He charged us for the services and we paid expensively for it. Unfortunately, he couldn't make it to UK due to the school inability to issue him CAS because it was late already. Now we are talking about collecting the school fees back, we were advised to open a domiciliary account and ask the guy to send it in pounds. He refused and said he will only send the amount we paid to him in naira, we didn't pay him in pounds. Please what do you guys think?

Please guys advise me, I don't know what to do at this stage. My school asked for a reference letter from my bank before issuing my CAS. I have submitted the bank statement but they still wants a reference letter. Wema bank refused giving me one because the account is not up to 6 months. I don't know what to do again.

Please assist me on how to open a domiciliary account, fund it and use in paying IHS and Visa fee. 🙏

Hello

Visa vignette at the moment are still 90days although that would be revised. It used to be 30days but was moved to 90days to cushion the effect of COVID and travel restrictions back then.

As long as they arrive before it expires it should be fine.

2. At the POE they may be asked to show evidence of maintenance via apps or recent statements.

Their maintenance is for their use in the UK

Thanks. Yes exactly, September. If the dependants apply for visa together with the MA, and he leaves before them, can they join 2 or 3 months later? Will the visa still be valid, will the dependants still need to proof funds again?
