Gtbank it's over 5weeks. No reversal for transactions on your Gtpay platform.

Is this not total service failure

Gtpay untreated reversal now day 13. Thought SLA is 5working days. Transaction on gtbank platform ooo

I had error on Gtpay, Was successful on Gtpay but unsuccessful on the merchant website.

I filled form since Thursday last week 19/03/2020 and their staff was even cranky. And till now no refund. I went to merchant on Tuesday and Wednesday and was told response had been sent for reversal of the transactions. I was even shown on Wednesday mail sent.

Till now gtbank has been tossing me up and down. No reversal and claiming merchant hasn't replied.

This is total service failure

If you want to really evaluate based on service infractions, believe me, they are all the same.

Have I not been patient enough. Resolve issue that is now two days less a month. When max. time to resolve is 10working days.

CBN even need to resolve turnaround time in resolving issues before being penalized

Had POS/WEB error that is 7working days(FOR RESOLUTION) since 01/07/2019.

Today is 26/07/2019. No refund. Don't think it was
Treated as reply I get is " we are working on it". Give us 72 working hours. Every time I send mail, it's 72hrs

No one is replying my mails which was sent to them

I sent mail for error on GTPAY since 26th of last month. Till date no response.

Gtbank service failures is just increasing by the day

Got response for 7working days which was last week Friday.

No reversal

Hmmmmmm. Yeah. And mine they keep telling me it has been logged and I went to their care online. Nothing ooo. No care. Transaction since 10/08/2018 on same GTPAY

On 17th ,I complained again and was told it's been logged again and should wait till end of the month. There is an issue here. Which means customer request is not been treated. Dispense error on GTPAY taking �

It's the flat @ground floor. There is constant flow of water , electricity is very ok and not very close to new festac bridge. You can also link Okota,Apapa and Island easily from there. Okota is 5 minutes drive, festac 3mins drive. Apapa, 10 minutes drive.
