nothing can be done because the software is not available in nigeria .GN5001S is not a nigerian version of gionee phones its private vendors that use their platform to bring it to nigeria( jumia, konga, and the rest)

Just seeing this thread. I already made a complaint in a thread I opened a minute ago.

My Gionee s10 Lite is deducting my credit. #50 #20 till my credit is finished.

What could be the problem?

am sure you must have pick it online from i.e:jumia konga and the rest but just to let you know that gionee S10lite is not a nigerian version of gionee phones, they are been shipped inn by some private vendors on above platform mentioned .in other words the soft is not available in our care centers so they cant attend to it
