Better be truthful enough and inform the person that it's only made in Nigeria Gionee you work on. Office than can't repair any brand of Gionee even when the customer would pay o. Is that one an office? After the guy would maybe travel down to Lagos and then begin to hear trash from your inexperience team

This particular phone is stubborn, I have tried so many tactics, including your suggestion above. All to no solution.

I believe there is a way of bypassing it to gain access.

I need someone who has done it on gns 5001s, so as to repeat it on my own device.

I am using S8s and I do experience hanging most time while operating the phone. not until I press the power button and unlock before it goes back to normal. And after a while it hangs again.

I have restarted and even remove and re-insert the battery. Butt he problem persist.

What do I do?

Scam. Isn't it better you people educate or inform people before wasting our time that you guys don't attend to phones bought on Jumia. I begged at your office and engineer attends to it as I'll pay but a lady there said even the manager won't attend to it. They wasted my time to go to Jumia at Opebi on a Saturday when those once don't open. Till today I still couldn't fix it. So painful after wasting time and effort. Don't just want to give someone who isn't sure what's wrong. Did update myself as I felt it could be software issue. That one have cause problem two weeks now. Sapping my credit and it's difficult to root. Infact I'm a busy person
