i bought S10lite on jumia and the following week it stop working and no one to talk to, i think its better to buy offline than online as most gionee phone on jumia are not for nigerian use

no not of them sir we have some vendors selling gionee phones on jumia like:S11lite, F205lite, S8s, M6mini and so fort

not a nigerian version of gionee phones and parts are not available, so its not advisable you buy it. those phones were either shipped in by jumia global or an indipendent vendor on jumia

its only A1 and A1lite gionee nigeria have the soft ware and parts because the two is made for nigeria market. so gionee A1plus is not for nigeria market am sure you buy it online or london used

nope once it is expose to wifi its will start the upgrade automatically and you wont loose any files

I have a gionee p8w but it is giving me battery headache as the follow come got spoilt by swolling up. Please help as the new battery does not last after charging, it drain very fast as when pouring out water from a cup.

go to settings then security then guest mode then you deactivate you must have mistakenly activate the guest mode

Hi Gionee representative,
I bought my gionee M5 marathon in august 2017,and it stopped working in Nov 2018(traces of water was in it b4 it off finally).I have taken iit to two engineers,they couldn't repair it(even the last engineer removed the screen and couldn't find it when I wanted to collect it).So I only used 43k phone for 1yr,3mths.Within this short period,I changed the screen once,and later change the touch pad.Honestly, my experience with ur phone is so annoying. I have to go back to my abandoned infinix of 4yrs.

so sorry to hear this but you should have brought it to our care center close to you for a possible solution rather than take to road side engineer
