Enugu care center no longer takes my calls. The two technicians there are Ebuka and Val. Val is who I have been calling, can you reach out to them please or should I just forget the phone?

you can call our enugu center now the software should be there by now or almost there. its been sent since friday thanks

gionee X1S is no more in the market but we can recomend gionee S11lite and its available in all leading phone shop close to you( slot, finet stores spectrum and so on

you can get it on jumia platform cos we have some private vendors online but A1plus is not a nigerian version of gionee phones

I got your newly launched M7 lite over a month a go. Trying to swap my sims and the Personal Protection Pin thing came up over last weekend. I arrived Enugu and dropped it at the Gionee store located in Young shall grow plaza. Called this evening and I am been informed they don't have the software yet to flash the phone. Can you do something about it?

we are so sorry to hear this but if you will still be in enugu untill weekend then call them again cos the software is already on its way cos your case has been reported in our lagos office and its been work on thanks.

Gionee may have perhaps surmounted their financial woes as the Chinese regulator TENAA has listed two devices from the company, named Gionee M11 & M11s, which will be launching this month.

my gionee f100+ has 3g shown on the top screen but when I on data to browse it works so slow like 2g..... not until I checked the phone settings I saw it was originally 2g not 3g
what can be done about it and I really like the phone but the browsing network is so poor?

thats a softwhare update maybe u need a wifi to do that

we will recomend M7lite because its a nigerian version of gionee phone and part are available in all our care center across the country but S10 lite is been shipped in by jumia global or a private ventor on their platform and accessaries are scarce
